That's been taking a while now. Spamming the thread here won't help much, try to catch one of the mods in chat and ask to forward your problem to Edward. Micro is from support but he can't do anything except forward your problem, he relies on others to do their job.

I explained that he has to wait a bit because admins need to investigate his account.

You will get bonus for waiting if your claim proves to be legit.

That link appears to be broken, did your thread get either deleted or moved? Besides, PD is provably fair, and the EV is 99%. There's no beating that, it's just math.

Minimum withdrawals have been raised to 0.002, but the withdraw pop up still says AMOUNT (MIN 0.001)

There were some complaints in the chat about it, could you guys adjust it?

I want to follow up to process my cashout because my withdraw pending since yesterday. And micro tell me waiting on admins to check it up. and now i'm confuse who make it pending if admin not yet check it. or maybe automatically pending.

It looks like auto pending. They might have put some standard cases to put on hold and may clear manually those payments. You may need to wait for some more time to get your money.

i dont know why its pending, because no explain from primedice why its pending. i only win 0.089, but i want to withdraw 2 btc because i made 1.92 deposit. Thats the problem i dont know how long have to wait, 34 hours now i'm waiting.

Best way to deal with this is to open a ticket and you will get help there. Keeping track of issues on this thread is very difficult and messy. If there is no reply in a few days then come to this forum to get the admin attention.

I send email to support 9 times, once is only say thanks and once add comment, so 7 times for support with only one reply. and the reply is
"Hey, I am not sure yet waiting on admins to check it up. "
So what i have to do now?
Now i'm waiting 40 hours
