Has anyone suddenly become unable to login to their account?
I have about 20 accounts in primedice and suddenly I have become unable to login to any of them.

I am quite sure it is not a password error as I have them written down and have been using them for over a month.

I tried to reset my password and get the message "This VIP account requires further security measures to recover, please contact [email protected]" so I contact support and get no response.

Has anybody experienced the same or have any resolutions?
Any info or advice would be hugely appreciated.

Thanks,

Haha like a small off topic, just lost 0.03 btc on PD. When the give away is coming out?

What about them who lost big amount on PD? anyway wait for official announcement about it maybe it will happening soon, Stunna know better how to run a interesting giveaway promotion.

For poor countries it is a lot. Unfortunately even with this 0.03, I'm just 0.046 minus on Prime Dice.

I don't understand why people keep posting their losses and which underdeveloped country they are from. I understand that 0.1BTC might not be worth much in the United States and might be worth more in some 3rd world country. But why do people gamble from these countries? Then they lose and beg for refunds or donations. Just don't gamble in the first place.

Yeah, why gamble in the first place if you can't afford it. Hard to understand some people Tongue Probably never will...

Another day, another problem  Undecided

So today I was testing out API functions for my bot, PolyBot. As I test, command by command, I discover that "GET /chat" returned all of the IPs of everyone in chat. This is a major API loophole, I'm lucky I found it and not someone else who could have used it for malicious purposes. I asked to speak with UnixPunk, he responded on Telegram as I told him the details of the issue. After a couple of minutes, it was fixed, and I returned to testing functions on my bot. Do note that Isildur explicitly told me that I could "Test out API functions in chat, as long as it doesn't spam." I heeded his command.
But still, after a couple of tests and short outputs into the chat, PolyBot was muted for 666 hours. "Why?" I ask. Is there really anything you could say I did wrong? I asked for permission to test, and received it. After asking Isildur on another account, PstBank, why I was muted, he only told me "he didn't mute me." I later saved a message for UnixPunk to speak to me on Telegram, and then PstBank was muted for 666 hours. I honestly have no idea why these two accounts were muted. I asked for permission to use the API in chat, and ended up with two accounts muted for 666 hours, which is 27 days. Why?  Huh If it wasn't Isildur or UnixPunk, who was it? I'd like to have these two accounts unmuted, as they absolutely did not do anything wrong. I have two images of each mute: one of PolyBot, and the other of PstBank.

-snip-

You were talking about making/using a chatbot in chat. I told you that wasn't going to happen, and that stunna/ed/micro would most probably say no it as well, for the simple reason that many have tried before you, and in the end it was always decided that a bunch of chat bots weren't needed. Logically it would be safe to assume that their viewpoint over the matter hasn't changed in such a short period of time.
Also, you did ask me if you could test stuff out with the api and I said if you aren't spamming then I don't have a problem with it. I only moderate what i can see. PM, private tips, api commands, wd etc are far out of any mods reach.
Understood, I'll end development on the bot. Still, I have some money on PolyBot that i'd like to transfer and I use PstBank as a holding account. Can these still be unmuted?

Your testing was way to often and way to spammy.
But how often would it be considered "spammy?" Those 2 requests in the screenshot, by chance, were close to each other. In the future I will remove the print statements from the programs until I set up private messaging on the bots. Also, this does not justify the muting of PstBank for 666 hours. Could these accounts still be unmuted?

Where are the facts in your claim?

Where are the facts in Your claim?

Edit; You might have one of the best support teams, i personally havent had too much hassle getting help, but i think all these undisputed claims from sites are getting a bit out of hand.

I posted ours zendesk stats couple of pages back.

What about the fact on fb there was: "increased faucet to 500 sats" and never happened?
it would be great if they could increase the default faucet value and hope there wont be any limit to claim the faucet Smiley

If the time limit between faucet claim is removed, 90% of pd users will most likely abuse the faucet and won't do deposits. If you are the site owner, would you like to throw away your money to some beggars who didn't send any deposits to your site to play at risk  at all?

Where are the facts in that claim?

I can't give you proof's, but you can ask other player's.
Btw: Did FortySecond got his 9BTC after 5 months? Or still no answer?

He got it after 1 confirmation. Not after 5 months .

just give them enough time, PD supports do sleep too Smiley
Being the largest bitcoin gambling operation under the Sun, they must support in multiple timezone. Like the Sun did not set in British Empire, all support can not sleep in PD's empire. Wink

That is coming up soon. 24/7 support , live chat support and maybe even support over the phone.

Will this really happen? I think this was promised in the past to improve the support and hire more staff. However this is one of the biggest Bitcoin gambling sites out there and yet has one the worse support out there.

We actually have the fastest and the most responsive support around. As i shown with the stats from zendesk.
And from then it got even better.

But yes , we are working on some new projects and support will get even better with more options to get in contact with support.

Can second this. It went from completely useless support to a bit better. After that it has improved even more and I'd definitely call the support better than many sites.

Whenever it comes to people's money, support should be number one. If someone sends $10,000 and it gets halted somewhere and it takes hours or days to get it resolved, you think they will actually gamble on that website?

I was making the comparison to the other BTC sites. I also don't think a 10 hour wait is that much. There's loads of sites where you do have to wait for funds much longer than that. Obviously there's still work to do but is there really a lot of BTC sites with so much quicker support?
