Not really.
For example there is sites that compare/rate different gambling sites and they are filled with ref links and you are allowed to post it on this forum.
It may broke some other rule but it is allowed on this forum to post link to website that has ref links on it.

The seemingly controversial PD4 launch seems to bring in PD a ton of new business

LoL ... We were looking at that number and i even contacted dev and asked him to look into fixing it i thought its not right
.But no he checked and its definitely correct number.
Volume also went up a lot since launch of pd4 . I think we are getting a lot more mobile users.
