That usually implies a permanent ban from the Admins for faucet abuse. Support MIGHT reverse it but it's a long shot.
i figured users who use *only* faucet get this kind of mute.. didnt expect to get it after paying so much money of my own. im making a deposit tommorrow and expecting to be unmuted.. if that doesnt happen than its bye on my side,, wouldnt continue playing and giving money to a site whilst being banned and punished after giving them thousends of dollars

Also depositing once in a while does not mean you are allowed to abuse faucet.
Your account has claimed fauce more than 2% of your wagered which means Primedice does not have house edge on you anymore with the money you took back you have 1% edge over the house. That is considered faucet abuse.
And spamming tickets after you get reply wont help your cause.
first, i sunmitted only 2 tickets, when all i added in the 2nd was a question i forgot to ask in the first ticket
second, i dont see any answer from pd i my mail

Sorry for misunderstanding about me saying there are many sold accounts.
I did not say you bought account. I said previous wagered doesn't mean much when that account starts claiming faucet to much.
Because that account could been sold and now its used by somebody who claims faucet all day long.
Just for that misunderstanding i will unmute your account now but please lower the faucet claims.
You been claiming faucet 20% of the past weak its way to much to spend 20% of your day claiming faucet.

I now understand what 'faucet abuse' means. This means that the guy depended entirely on the faucet for his betting.

I am also waiting for a reply.. got muted for faucet abuse after spending 7BTC at primedice...? also wanted to know what happens after i deposit? do they unmute me..? why does faucet increase the more you wager.. if when you are finally out of money you cant use it?

I replied to one of your tickets. I cant reply to all of the tickets just to explain that if you are considered faucet abusing you wont get unmute except you are regular on pd chat.
Also when somebody sends 10 tickets in 1 hour about same issue before getting reply to 1 of them there is a chance that all of your tickets will be ignored due to spam.
1 ticket is enough. You will get reply to it in less than 12 hours up to max 24 hours rarely.

Hui probably pushed his luck a little bit there... He was -20, went to +10 then now -40 again... He shouldn't really mess around with $25k of BTC.
And yeah, hui really deserves some of that back from Stunna

yes, i think that he lost the control and started playing hard, after the 3btc bts i saw him on highroller betting 1btc/bet at 2x, on the long run the result was inevitable

The amount you wager on PD does not determine whether you'll get muted for faucet abusing or not. And yes, you can definitely use the faucet when you're out of money, but not abusing it.
What constitutes faucet abuse?. Some times it is better when the terms are made clear to the users as to what faucet abuse is. People might be doing things when they think it is right when actually it is wrong.
Faucet abuse is for example when you have 2 account, claim faucet on one and then tip the minimun amount 50k + faucet claim to the other account. this is one type but i think there are a lots of type of faucet abuse
