You sent ticket from Nizam , and you did not even mention turk0jan so there is no way for me to know you are talking about deposit to another account.

You need to tell me to which account issue is related to or send ticket from the account that has the problem.

Try Pm'ing MICRO on forum here as he is the lead support i guess.However I dont think there is anything to worry bout cause it will be resolved sooner when everything has been checked.Though ,I see 0.002 deposit after that transaction ID ? did that arrived ?

As Stunna mentioned, that giveaway is completely managed by the ndnhc. And as you can see in https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.13749978, ndnhc has clarified full members can participate and can get 0.001BTC each.

I made a deposit for 1.21 BTC and I waited quite a while after 1 confirm I recieved no indication of it in my balance.

Even after 5 confirms I still did not see my bitcoin in my Primedice account.

Although Primedice can claim that my amount is small It could be an exit scam. Perhaps, they considered me as unaware and one to forget about issues that arise such as these. It is very possible some users may be "pickpocketed" silently.


I made several efforts to resolve this issue. Such as asking others in the chat an Moderator user named "UnixPunk" claimed I am someone named Nizam and blantly said in the chat he would not assist me at all also blocking my chat abilities.

I then sent an email to Primedice in regards to this issue.

Overall I am very disstabified with my experience with the Staff members at Primedice. I request that I recieve significant compenstation as I have lost over 180 BTC due to this website in the past from previous gambling (proof can easily be provided for that.) I consider myself an important user on Primedice and I found the support to be horrid and the moderators comment in the chat of refusing to assist me to be horrible. Overall I do not recommend anyone to use Primedice until I recieve significant compenstation from Primedice.

Would you mind telling us what exactly your "implausible long losing streaks" are? Like the multiplier or win chance you set, the length of your streaks, and most importantly the number of bets in total you have made on PD.

The reason I start talking about it is that I have quite often implausible long losing streaks. I'll change the roll about 500. So I said before I can do basic math but not that good enough to fully understand if this losing rolls are really possible with such high frequency.

If you did know about variance you wouldn't be questioning why high amount of losing streaks occur when you play with (psuedo-)random numbers and if you knew about house edge you'd not question why its (nearly) always the casino that wins(if you keep playing).

Did you see the full script they using and what happens behind the screens. Are there real people who check if there is a fair system. I can do basic maths  only here we don't talk about you so called basic maths.

Take a quick look over the verification page. When you set your client seed your essentially 'choosing' all your rolls. It'd be more or less impossible for us to manipulate rolls without risking being called out for cheating (And subsequently losing our business).

Long losing streaks are really possible in gambling.
In the long run gamblers will lose so there is not really reason for owner to cheat because they will win anyway.
If you are so sure about that though, how about get some proves about that?
