Just tried it and it is not so. I think it depends on the location(correlating to cloudflare server locations) , as, I tried using it from my location(europe) and it didn't work then. Just tried with a VPN(US based) and it works.

Right now the site works fine for me on GoogleChrome. I think it's almost impossible for a site as big as PD to operate flawless everytime. So sometimes I also have some problems with loading page but this happens once in two weeks or even less.

I am using Chrome but here it doesn't work. I just got the load screen for minutes without that it does something.
