I wonder why they are afraid to make a fix giveaway in their competition as it is stated in their terms that the prize pool will base on how many participants will join the competition.
For over 200 participants, if all the participants can get an equal share they will only receive a $5 each for $1000 prize pool. But they should have make it fix so the participants who are wasting their time in joining the competition will get a better share if in case there will be less participants to enter.

Who said that they are afraid of it? It is your assumption only, isn't it?
You want contest with fixed prize? Join the weekly VIP challenge, the prize is fixed and bigger.
It is not about they are afraid or not, it is about the main purpose of the giveaway.
No one is not even forced to participate, means that no one should feel wasting their time as they are aware about everything related to the giveaway/challenge.

@janggernaut thanks for sharing this competition and I’ll study it, and hopefully before the deadlines is over I’ll try and participate in it. Furthermore I’m hoping that over 200 members participate in this competition, because only then the price pool will increase towards $1000 and the winners will have a chance to earn more.
This is a regular promotion from PD that run weekly, and most of the time there are always more than 200 participants who can do the challenge.
I believe it is an easy challenge to learn as the main challenge is to get 3 wins in a row with 20.21% win chance.
The more participants means higher prize but it may give you something smaller as the reward.

I think the only way PD can rank high in giveaways/promos like stake is for them to change the name to PrimeGames so that it can also harbour more games and consequently more players and profits.
The only reason Stake and its concept was made was because there was a demand for more games other than dice at one time in the primedice community like slots, roulette and so on. At that time most sites had multiple games and thus keeping PD at par meant something new needed to be done. I think the only way PD can rank high in giveaways/promos like stake is for them to change the name to PrimeGames so that it can also harbour more games and consequently more players and profits.
Now Stake was the solution thought of by its owners and hence launced. Making the same copy of games on PD was probably never their intention so I don't think that would happen.
However keeping completely seperate games sets for PD and Stake could be another option.

I do not think PD needs to change their names to add more games. Afaik the main purpose of creating Stake few years back is to keep PD stays with dice game only and expand the business with more games on the new site "Stake". PD is one of the oldest dice gambling site in this crypto history, so I think they wont change it, I mean there will be dice game only forever as they have Stake already.
You got a strong point there.
On the flipside, though, they need to attract more new players to the site and retain the old ones, and the easiest way of doing both is with more promo events.
