Is Primedice still under this DDOS attack because it stuck on loading screen and i can't able to access my account there, any news when it will be back online normal?
No its seems its back online.
Sometimes its hard to tell if its DDOS or just the server. In my location I always have a very bad connection to PD.

Primedice is back online like before and working on side smoothly it seems you have some connectivity issue maybe you don't have good connection speed so that is why is you are facing this issue to load the site, restart your connection maybe it will help you to load the website and access there into your account.
