It seems that is problem only for your connectivity speed it's working on my side without any issue, you should clear the cache and cookies and than try again to load the website, i am sure it will work for you smoothly.

why Wd pending ? 
As Stunna said, deposits are down because they are trying to figure something out. On that note i think it's fair to assume that withdraws are pending for the same reason.
