Well it is obviously a big issue to some. I guess nobody really has any other complaints about PD other than the slow support. I'm sure they will listen to customer feedback since it is seemingly such an issue.

Given the fact that there is an abundant of unsolved support request , it would actually tell people that Stunna has no time for it. If he would have alot of extra time to do so then probably there wont be any complaint regarding the support service. Plus that once Stunna shows up in chat, there will be alot of fuss "begging" him for some free coins thus only generate extra workload for the mods
On a side note that since MICRO has stated that PrimeDice is working on a casino, that could be another reason why Stunna hasnt been around for some time which could probably be catching up some schedule

Clams? Stunna isn't as active as he used to be it seems, but he's probably got more important things to do that stop by just to chat here. Running a business is hard work and by the looks of it most of his spare time is probably spent on handling support issues. There are other mods that post here any way like micro.

Trust issue is a matter of each individual perspective just because someone got alot of green trust and famous around here that doesnt mean that they are trusted to everyone. On a side note, even with huge positive rating doesnt mean you are shady or could not conduct any fraud / malicious intention in the future ( Im generally pointing my finger to Maidak if you dont know what I mean )
I could name few people in this forum that I deem trustworthy according to me however that doesnt mean that they are trustworthy to Stunna. Again, the email issue is pretty sensitive cases for some people, for me I would not want to be spammed or people to know my personal email .

Hiring a person to be a staff of the support service is never an issue for Stunna , in fact with his profit from PrimeDice he could hire tons of people but hiring a trustworthy person to do it is an issue for him. Hiring some random people will just resulted that some sensitive data from the players will be leaked , example of it would be email address and I believe no one wants their personal email to be spammed with
He valued his players privacy especially email address and therefore he would not let anyone check on the email except him and Edward ( and perhaps some other ), this is the reason that support service is very slow. Plus that MICRO claimed that over 80 % of mail that they got would be just a troll mail (references below )

There is no reason for him to do so apart from keeping the volume high but then again PrimeDice got alot of high bettor daily that wager alot and it is highly unlikely that Stunna needs to manipulate volume.
Aside from that he got profit even without betting so there is no point for him to do this plus he got tons of support mail to solve Cheesy

. Apart from that Stunna is not the only "share holder" of PrimeDice so if he lose then he is not getting everything that he lost back to his pocket.

The problem seems to have ssorted itself or they did something as I am now able to login. There doesn't seem to be any "VIP" attached to my account but I am not bothered about that.

Now there is a bigger problem. I went to withdraw 1 btc of winnings about 7 hours ago and so far there are 0 confirmations and it appears as "unspent" in blockchain. From what I've read that means the bitcoin doesn't exist yet so not sure how they're going to sort it out but submitted another ticket as I'd like my 1 btc.. Angry
