Hi , Yes im pretty sure that i'am entering the correct password , and for the 2 Factor Authentification well .; I don't have any so I simply leave it blank I guess

contact to support section via email is not a good idea because it sucks and you will be on long waiting list to get reply from them and it can be take over 2 weeks or maybe more.
But i think contacting support is way better than nothing to do. If he should wait for stunna to be online before talking about the issue then surely it will take more than 2 weeks
