Well i normally don't recommend any third party bots , for ur safety but i think Seuntije bot is pretty safe to use, and its open source so yeah i guess i can recommend u that one :

Faucet reduced down to 200 satoshi for players which Total Wagered amount is less than 1BTC
So you have to wager 1BTC to return you faucet value.

Thanks for this info. Atleast now I know why it has been reduced to 200 and will be able to recover my original faucet amount upon reaching 1 BTC wager.

goodluck, 1 btc wager is pretty easy i believe , and btw some people made the bots at some decent price i believe

People most probably spam to increase their messages and for levelling up.

Yes for low resolution monitors that option would be really nice. But I guess adding this feature would be too awkward for a 21st century website.
This will degrade the quality of the website and would be considered an extra featuure.
