So, this game ended with a goaless draw. It wasn't most exciting game, Porto controlled ball and made much more dangerous attacks but didn't managed to score. Sporting focused on defense. After all, this result obviously is good for Sporting, their big 10 point lead against Porto remains same.

Nacional lost their last 2 games. Braga have an incredible form lately. They are only 1 point behind Porto and there is also a Porto-Sporting game this week. I think Braga will get a win in this game and wait for Porto to lose points.

This is a great opportunity for Porto to decrease the point difference with Sporting. But Porto have been having difficulties on getting a win in the league. They barely managed to beat Maritimo which is the worst team in the league. Even getting one point will be advantageous for Sporting for the championship. I think it will end in a draw.

Each team will play about 14 more matches. If Sporting can't win 5/6 of these matches then maybe their position in the points table will change. Besides, there is no possibility of change

I agree. I can't also say that Porto fully deserved to win because Maritimo fought against them really well. Sporting were so close to pull away more from Porto. Grin

They are still in a very good condition having a 10-point difference though. It seems that Sporting players have really started feeling that they are getting really close to the championship step by step. I've started waiting excitedly for Porto-Sporting match on this Saturday.

Sporting is still in a very comfortable position as there are 10 points difference. Braga also won and Benfica got draw, so things go not so well for Benfica. Second place go to Champions League directly so it's important too. Porto and Braga will have a nice battle for second spot.

Sporting, Porto and Braga all managed to win their matches of this week therefore there isn't any change in the point differences. Benfica got a draw and lost points 2 times consecutively. Porto were also nearly losing 2 points too but Otavio scored a penalty in the stoppage time and they managed to win.

And also, main their rivals continue to give gifts for them. Benfica played goaless draw with Farense. Porto playing 1:1 with Maritimo at halftime. Such results let Braga to go up in to 2nd place.

Sporting continue their incredibly good performance. They beat Ferreira 2-0 the last and the point difference with Porto is now 10. This is an easy game for Sporting and I expect them to get a comfortable win here.

I think Porto, Braga Benfica will reduce the difference from Sporting CP. But they can't beat Sporting. 10 points are too much. To go 10 points behind, the Sporting team has to lose at least 3 matches and draw one match. Maybe Sporting will lose 3/4 matches but will Benfica or Porto win all their other matches?

I think it is too early to say that Sporting will remain top for the remaining 15 league games; there is more to play for. How Porto, Sporting respond in the leagu after their europa league ties on thursdays will tell us who the winner would be eventually. How do you rate the top 4 chances of braga and benfica?
