i don't have this kind experience but i can feel its vy hard caused lock inside a small room without any activity 

You should try to relate to hell. That is life in prison.

If you go to jail, you will live poorly in poor facilities and become victims of violence from prison or jail.

Life in prison is quite difficult. You will not be exposed to society and have to work as a slave.

Someone I know went to prison few years ago, what he told me after the initial shock and routine, most difficult thing to manage is time, there isn't much to do, what to do all day? people are busy in outside life but when they go in its a shock. I don't know about your country but in Europe they should have "learning new skills" opportunities. apart from that books will help tremendously, start with religious books, Bible/Quran/Buddhism etc, so you can develop faith, faith which will help when you go through emotions, then build up on that, then whatever book interest you, then depends, law books might be another, then self help books, then other interests, make a habit of reading books for few hours a day. 


For you mate: Look you need to be strong, its all pre destined what's gonna happen is gonna happen, if you think he is wrongly accused, you should fight for it, if you think  the conviction was right, learn and move on. There is no reason to lament or fret, there are worse places than prisons. Develop a strong personality, so nobody bothers you, don't get into depression, don't drink excessively or drugs and stuff. if you going through specific problem write it here, or feel free to pm me, and remember you can always go to the help groups around you, but if you are gonna face the other way, the world will feel miserable, all the support is at arms length way. You can do it.

The reality of your brother will depend totally on which country you are.
Yes, I know prison life is like the hell here in the earth but at least in first world countries
You have much more options of surviving it. Here in LATAM if you go to prison you better have
a lot of money or you will be dead very soon. People in prison have no mercy.

When you do something bad and go to jail. It was a hell of a fight and terrible food.

Life in prison is rather hard, you may be beaten, bullied, you can't contact the outside world and have to work very hard.

Prison is a very real field. If you really want to help your brother, then you should send money to him instead of asking for help here!

It must be so tough for the life in prison. But it is sensible to give some punishment for the criminals as well.

Prison life is like 2 faced coin, it gives always 2 choices before you choose the right or wrong one.

My GF's family got 2 sons who are in prison right now. That's goddamn sad and hard to believe: all sons in prison. They said they are sending him presents all the time and stuff. Their father have his heart lose it's strength.

Live alone like a prison in life. So I really don't like loneliness in this life

I know its weird, but in my opinion prison gives you a greate experience and a plenty of time to do some plans and master some of your skills. Its not like I want to break the law somehow to get there or smth tho

Man idk what is the bad thing about prison ? when everythink have schedule school worst. idk but i think in prison u just need to clean eat exercise just that.  what make it look so bad when u can still dream in prison while when u with people u will think am i right am i wrong while in prison u will thing its time to relax

You got to support him. Belive in him and make him strong. And do not ever tell him bad news from outside.

Prison life is always difficult just know that you are no the only person who have this kind of problem
