The best low cap privacy coin is uPlexa (upx)
I think you are right, uPlexa (upx) really good coin

I have read a bit about this altcoin. There are many positive reviews on uPlexa. Its main feature is anonymity and it is surely, decentralized.

It is interesting to investors for its connection with the Internet of Things (IoT). The IoT devices will provide network operation, the essence of this technology lies in the fact that all smart devices from refrigerators to cameras and sensors will be the main computing power of the platform. It sounds cool.

and now the price of uplexa is cheap
maybe i can say if this coin could be a hidden gem in privacy coins,,
but people must do their personal research before buying this coins

The only thing different from some of the core privacy coins and other cryptocurrencies is the ability to conceal transactions on obscure distributed ledger and the inability to call out transaction history on blockchain which I belive its the goal of cryptocurrency. PivX, Grin, Veil, ZCASH are among the best privacy coins for me

ZCash is a great private coin, which I recommend now to take in the portfolio. Before the halving price will rise by type litecoin.

zcash is good, but for me if we comparing between zcash and monero, i will stay with monero my friend
i have no doubt with monero, because this is the king of privacy coin until now  Wink

Hi,
I read so much inaccurate information here about privacy
coins. And I don't say inaccurate to be disrespectful.
I think a lot of it has to do with people wanting to make money.
All of these have very solid tech.

KMD-Komodo
XZC-ZCoin
ZEN-Horizen

You forgot about DeepOnion ^^ So cheap now
Deep is a crap coin and that should not be included on that list. that was a big joke to put deeponion as his portfolios. Deep full with buzzwords and gimmick and nothing become a real thing.
Veil is much better than it.

PIVX is dead. Now all speculators will go on VEIL. It is the same creator and PIVX has, after the creation of VEIL, lost value even more quickly .. Chance? I do not think so! So if you have Pivx, I advise you to buy Veil!
Personally I'm not a fan of Veil, but when I see the performance of Pivx, while it's technically shit, I prefer to have a little veil in my wallet ...

And it's never good to stay on a project, just because you earn money passively, it's a mistake!

The Ubuntu devs is supporting this project. They as far as I know put this native wallet of PIVX in their releases on their repositories, price may not show for now but I guess they are still picking up the community support. Why they are not picking XMR, I have no idea but I guess Ubuntu and its derivatives will have it too. A big support from the Linux community as a whole.

The Ubuntu developers make a mistake in supporting Pivx, but that would not be the first mistake he would make in their history.

Pivx is a FOMO project without any specific technical quality. They only copied existing code. They are second-class developers, unlike projects like Zcash, Zcoin, Beam, Grin or Monero. Besides, they were helped several times by the Zcoin team when there was a detected bug.

Anyway, anyway ..

For me the best projects in privacy are:

- Zcoin
- Monero (even if I do not have any, speculatively there is better but for the long term it is interesting)
- Beam and Grin
- Piratechain
- Veil: but just for the speculative. As they are the same developers as Pivx, I do not expect anything extraordinary from them, but they have a very good management of FOMO / hype

I think a lot of it has to do with people wanting to make money.

Well that's why people are here in the crypto market. Because everyone is really wanting to make money.  So if you are saying that privacy coin will get you a good profit, then I doubt it.

People go to privacy coin to, obviously protect their privacy. But to invest on it to make a gain, I seriously those privacy coins will be the best investment, in my opinion.

Privacy Coins

All of these have very solid tech.

They are just a cryptocurrencies, No need to name them privacy cryptocurrencies. Money is to be fungible, so it need opaque ledger. Transparent ledger cryptocurencies cant be fungible and should be named transparent ledger cryptocurrencies, while opaque ledger cryptocurrencies are just normal cryptocurrencies.

You would be surprised about AEON tech.

AEON is a lightweight outdated version of Monero.

And, if you want to argue semantics, make sure your grammar
is on point.

What is outdated on AEON?  Can you elaborate that please.

My point stands. Monero is not a privacy coin. Monero is true digital cash. It is made the way as a good cryptocurrency should be.  If other coins that are made wrong call them self cryptocurrency or coins, that dont mean that Monero that is made as it should be should be named private crypto coin.

I don't really see a need for privacy coins exept for maybe Monero or Dash.
Don't see what all these new coins bring to the table, they're just trying to be the "new" monero or whatever, which just wont happen with all the competition out there.

Betting on privacy isn't a bad choice, but imho I wouldn't put much of my portfolio in a low cap privacy coin.

I've mentioned it to death, but I'm a big fan of PIVX--not necessarily because it's a privacy coin (I don't convert any PIV to zPIV), but because I earn by staking, and it's so easy to do.

According to stakingrewards.com you make 10% yearly and about 0,8% monthly by staking it. Is it really worth it ? Are you making money?
Because it seems that slight change in price wipes your staking reward out.

Would like to get some good article on the comparison between privacy coins.

I'd agree that if the only reason you hold a coin is to earn money through staking, then that is generally not enough reason to hold it. You really also need to believe in the long-term success of the project - if you don't, then the chances are that your staking income will slowly dry up as the coin stagnates or fails.

Of course if you believe in the coin and you earn through staking, then that is a very good reason to hold. And we can go a step further as well, with coins that offer master nodes, which can offer genuinely large rewards - although unfortunately master nodes are out of reach of both my personal experience and my wallet.

I didn't know this much and I have been staying with Monero and Zcash.

What will be the features of your help support in your discord group?
I mean, they are all over youtube and telegram so what else could you offer?

There have been a lot of analyst out there that gives a lot of insight of the 2 coins that I know but with other I do not know. Maybe you could give some little tips here before we could go way beyond that.

I'm wondering what the reason is for these privacy altcoins.  They don't get used on the dark web as far as I know, which is where you'd really want privacy.  Maybe it's just to hide one's wealth?  In any case, I'm a poor old crypto fan who doesn't really have much wealth to hide and privacy is way down on the list of my concerns.
I think people tend to privacy more often not because of great wealth and the desire to hide it, but just to feel more comfortable when no one is watching or controlling their purchases. The Internet has come quite strongly into the territory of confidentiality and it has become very little. For example, I like that I can buy something on the Internet or buy coffee and no one will know what it was and where I purchased it.
