If you want a real advice,and aren't going to scam people,just create a community ,which will increase loyality. So I know such pool and guys,which run it are in the same age as you.But ,they created 100k community in telegram channel and share useful information
The purpose for pool is to pool together to invest. U dont need 100k ppl. U just need a few hundred of people who can invest to invest together n get bigger bonus or allocation.
If you really are serious, than recruiting through bitcointalk is not the way to go about doing it.
Here are some areas of concern:
If you have enough capital to make an investment pool profitable, then you should have enough resources to create at least a website and increase your online presence.
If you are just, "starting out" then you should network face to face and start with a small group of people. After your small group of trusted individuals have a track record of success, then think about recruiting.
You should have documentation that shows your track record of success.
The last one is: Are pools even really that beneficial?
For the ones in the pool with the higher percentage of funds to contribute, I can see that, but lets say someone can only put in 1 eth to an ico. The presale calls for a minimum of 15 eth to contribute. That extra bonus percentage will then be distributed evenly amongst everyone or calculated according to how much they put in the pool?
doesn't seem like that much benefit to me vs. the incredible amount of risk someone is going through by donating to an ico pool.

Yes, I myself thought about finding a group like the one you say. But, how have I confidence that I can trust the founders? To transfer money to people, which I do not know, it's not for me, unfortunately. If I were advised by a reliable friend or forum participant with a very high reputation, then I could take a chance. However, in my opinion this is extremely risky.
Why do it private? It is not profitable for project developers.
Participating in public token sales is becoming more difficult. We have recently created a private pooling group where we will try to get the best deals in the earliest stage of the most promising projects.
We look for great projects before anyone buzzes about it. Some examples are TOMOCHAIN, DRAGON, NEBL, MATRIX and a bunch of infrastructure and protocol projects. Low cap and protocol projects are the best combination for high ROI.
