1. You, yourself said that this private sale is for paying for the law firm. Quite how you are arguing that you are not asking for money on a public forum is beyond me.

2. Do you have any actual paperwork saying that your have passed the Howey Test? Because if you are asking for money to pay for lawyers that are supposedly advising you, then it seems that the whole process is as yet incomplete. Also the https://www.dropbox.com/s/zom1txcnpppg4eu/A%20Securities%20Law%20Framework%20for%20Charity%20Token.pdf?dl=0 is just a general outline describing the howey test.

3. If someone is going to contribute to your private sale and future ICO, one would want to be certain that the founders are not going to get arrested by the SEC. Latest example: https://www.nytimes.com/2018/04/02/technology/virtual-currency-arrest-centra.html

4. Any self respecting project which is trying to organize private sales and future ICOs are fully transaparent on bitcointalk in terms of who the team members are. I think you might not be aware of this fact, but for projects to be taken seriously on this forum, bitcointalk members like to have profiles that they can go on and verify that you are who you claim to be. Consider it one of the unwritten rules for any project that's doing "private sales" and ICOs.

5. Currently, all we have about your team members is a little bio that anyone could have concocted. If you don't understand that fact, then you have absolutely no business of trying to get ETH from bitcointalk members even if it is a "private sale".

6. Humility goes a long way when trying to raise funds for one's project.

7. It's precisely because people are doing their research that they are coming up with the shortcomings of your project.

8. It is your lack of transparency and your complete and utter refusal to even provide the slightest proof as to who you are that is astounding. And providing this information to people on private basis is not good enough. Your background and ID should be included in your announcement for all to see.

9. Typically, projects that act in this way are scams, designed to line the pockets of the entity behind the supposed "charity".

10. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Either you are a complete noob or you are just an arrogant individual who thinks that just because he made an announcement on a forum, he should have people falling over to "donate" to his cause.

If you regard yourself to be a philantropist as you claim, may I suggest that you make your own fortune and then donate your own money instead of coming on here to literally beg for crypto.

Also, lose that attitude. The hero members are trying to help you by telling you that people won't be sending you any money if you don't have tangible proof about who you are.

For all we know, you could well be one of those african prince  email scammers.

If you want to raise money for "charitable causes", the very least that is expected from a bitcointalk posting is full disclosure.

Anyways, I can tell you that you will keep antagonizing people with that attitude of yours if you think that people should send you their hard earned ETH while you are refusing to provide any proof as to who you are.

You are the one who is asking for money from people.

You wouldn't send your money to a complete stranger on the internet would you?

 Roll Eyes

no attitude here. The comments are unwarranted. If you can chose to participate or not. It's a private sale. You do not have to do it if you do not want to. We have no expectations here. Again, full disclosure is not the problem. We offered to email everything to the "hero" member if they would also disclose themselves to us. It is a fair trade. Otherwise just move on.

We are selling the tokens at "less than fair value price" because the token will be used for charity and disaster relief services. No one is asking for money.

This is an ok forum but it seems to me that people comment without researching. That is why you lose money.

if you are indeed fundraising on behalf of charity, then you should be fired from your position because you clearly are not fit for the job.

Am sure I won't be the last bitcointalk member to be telling you that all the questions that are being asked from you are fully valid and legitimate.

That saying is very fitting in this case:

“When a wise man points at the moon the imbecile examines the finger.”

Have it your way Mr Philantropist.

 Roll Eyes

Again, this is not a fundraising effort. We are simply just trying to get the tokens on the open market so more people can hold them and have some kind of value so we can send the tokens for charity and disaster relief. If you are not interested in the tokens or do not want to buy them that is your choice and it is ok.

I say "point one finger, and 5 more are pointed back."

Thanks for dropping by.

when you say you're not asking money here. it's not true. and you call it simply trying to get the tokens on the open market? the way i see it, how you respond to people here, is that you have attitude prob. maybe you don't understand how things in btctalk are being handled. you are the one who's raising money here so he doesn't need to give his info to you. anyway, good luck if you can achieve what you want here with that kind of attitude

Thank you for your valuable input but we strongly disagree. The foul language on here clearly represents the state of this group. Not all but most..also the lack of research and hunt for “transparency” astounds me. Anyway, it’s your opinion which I and I’m sure our team fully disagrees. Thanks again for stopping by. I’m sure us *insert c-words* *insert derogatory f word* can go *insrt f word* ourselves

yes.

I prevent fucking SCAMMERS LIKE YOURSELF FROM TAKING MONEY AWAY FROM LEGITIMATE CAUSES.

FUCK YOU SCAMMING CUNT.

 Kiss Kiss Kiss Kiss

No you are an idiot with a lot of time on your hands.

Goodbye madam

actually his questions are valid and he just wants straightforward answers. care to address that first? maybe he will stop nagging you as scammers because we had seen such projects before. these charity-related projects that wanted to help - very rare are genuine. ended up as scammers. im nice about it but sometimes im an asshole too.

His questions are invalid. He wants to know who we are? We have clearly explained that. He won't tell us who he is so why should we tell him who we are? It makes zero sense. This is just an ERC20 token used for remittance payments to charities and disaster relief services. We aim to make it global and a phenomenon. If you want to know if we are developers...no. We hired developers to do the work. We are just philanthropists. We told him we would email him our info if he disclosed himself, but he did not. So we do not feel that our personal lives should be attacked by crazy people over the internet. It is up to YOU if you decide to participate or not. We preach due diligence.

Thank you for being civil.

To be fair, you have not provided enough information that would inspire confidence to would be investors. Your team is composed of people who no one has even heard of. You don't have any linkedin or  social media profiles that can be used to attest to their identity. You are asking for money from a forum that is known to be rife with scammers. A lot of people have lost a lot of money on here. So I think if you are coming on here to ask for money for your project, you need to have a fully transparent structure. Bitpotus probably shouldn't have been so harsh because you're probably new on here, but at the same time, you can't expect people to just send you money just because you are claiming to do it for charity. Anyways, good luck with your project and hopefully you prove your doubters wrong.

THANKS FOR THE INFO AND IT IS NOTED. THE INFORMATION WILL BE PROVIDED ON THE NEW WEBSITE WELL BEFORE OUR "ICO". SO YOU ARE SUGGESTING THAT IT WOULD BE HELPFUL TO HAVE OUR LINKEDIN PROFILES ON THERE NOW? WHY NOT JUST EMAIL ADDRESSES?

THIS BITPOTUS IS A CHARACTER

THANKS FOR THE SUGGESTIONS.

no one knows who the fuck you are.

let me give you a clue fuckwit.

go there: https://www.icoalert.com/

browse through a list of their up and coming icos.

look at TEAM:

example: https://www.vestarin.io/

all these wannabe millionaires have linked in profiles that one can click on and verify.

now you can have people making fake linkedin but people are pretty good nowadays at smelling the rats out.

now take your little would be ICO.

You are currently trying to do a private presale with just some random pictures and some little bs paragraph about who you are.

We don't know that you are who you say you are.

If you at least give us a modicum of info that seems believable, it will greatly enhance your chance of raising the funds for a hookers, blow and lambo

lifestyle cause at least gullible investors will believe that they have enough info to track you down in case you try to run away.

Just "email addresses" is not good enough.

that's enough generosity on my part for today.

LIKE I MENTIONED BEFORE YOU ARE CLEARLY A LUNATIC. WHAT YOU SAY DOES NOT MATTER BECAUSE IT IS NOT VALID. AGAIN THIS IS NOT AN ICO YET. NOW GIVE ME YOUR NAME AND EMAIL AND I WILL SEND THE INFORMATION OVER TO YOU. YOU DO A GREAT JOB HIDING BEHIND A COMPUTER.

USE YOUR ENERGY ELSEWHERE. IT IS WASTED HERE AND ALL IT PROVES IS THAT YOU ARE AN IDIOT.

PLEASE GO BE A "HERO" ELSEWHERE.
