Which splitter are you using for the 5th card? Molex to PCIe? Or which? That also potentially causing your problem, depends on a source of power.

Hey guys. I added a fifth RX 580 Spahire Nitro+ Special Edition and have been having issues. It's super laggy and claymore takes awhile to load and when it does it keeps rebooting itself. At first it ran but all cars were zero M/H. I did DDU and reinstalled but Claymore still wont run.

wild guess for the culprit is hard, with a few information posted it will take long to hit and solve the prob
might be Lack of mem, lack of power from PSU, might be HDD, might be the riser etc..
Seems like it was a bad bios flash or a mismatched bios. I reflashed all the cards and its working now, but claymore took about 10 minutes to start again.
1200w Thermaltake PSU, M.2 128 GB SSD, risers are new. The problem started only when the 5th cards was added. I had to use a splitter to power the card because the PSU only has 4 GPU outputs.
Waiting for OP response and providing clear info about the problem because a problem with the mining rig anything possible to happen.
As leonix said, we need more specified info about your issue.
Several factors can be causing that, most of them have mentioned above. Also, it can be you haven't enough pagefile.
