Why are they repeatedly increasing the deadline? If there is no problem with your bet then why is it taking them so long to resolve this complaint. Since they are asking you to do kyc then you have no choice but to follow their instructions. I know how frustrating it is for a gambler when his winning bets are blocked by gambling websites.

They have no representative here as far as I know. So whatever discussion is going on here is one sided, means we are listening to your side. Now if they had a representative then we would have heard the details from both sides and understood exactly what verification was going on.
Since they are keeping you under the pretense of verification and contacting the game provider, it seems there was something suspicious to them. If you haven't done anything suspicious, you can wait.
