They have no representative here as far as I know. So whatever discussion is going on here is one sided, means we are listening to your side. Now if they had a representative then we would have heard the details from both sides and understood exactly what verification was going on.

Since they are keeping you under the pretense of verification and contacting the game provider, it seems there was something suspicious to them. If you haven't done anything suspicious, you can wait.

Why are they repeatedly increasing the deadline? If there is no problem with your bet then why is it taking them so long to resolve this complaint. Since they are asking you to do kyc then you have no choice but to follow their instructions. I know how frustrating it is for a gambler when his winning bets are blocked by gambling websites.

no bro esportbets and btc365 both use imesports as betting provider they make the problems i bet on esports since over 6 years i have my knowledge build im like a Dictionary i mainly use betting agents but sometimes they dont have all games so i searched for alternatives and found both this crypto sites. betnomi all is fine its just this provider if u want to check my bet history and tell me whats wrong im fine with getting limited thats how it is but stealing/freezing funds for 30 days is not ok

I'm almost sure that something is wrong with this guy, otherwise how to explain that he has problems withdrawing funds at once in three casinos? Although Betnomi approved his withdrawal without KYC (as far as I know).

They have asked you to provide kyc and it is good that you have already provided it to verify. As you have asked KYC I think there is something suspicious about you and for that reason, you have been requested to verify your KYC. And it is great news that they have refunded your bet. Hopefully think they will enable your withdrawal option too.

yep, it is pretty insane, anyway, I just want to share that there was another user who has some issue with another gambling site that has to wait for 3 months before the gambling site "finished" their investigation and allowed the user to withdraw his winnings.

they haven't been online for a month and their thread is basically abandoned. have you tried looking for them on other platforms/forums and sharing this issue there?

If I remember it correctly then it happened to me at William Hill. I lost the bet but then I noticed I won actually and it was mistake from the bookies. Later they apologized and returned my stake and voided everything on that match which were in live market.

Do that. No one is going to do it for you. But I think since they are investigating your account and taking time, give the time. Let us know updated whenever you have any. We are following the topic.

That's a very serious mistake by whatever operator was responsible to follow the score of that match. Mistakes with points are common in tennis, but I have never seen a set being awarded to the wrong player like that. That's not just one point that was wrongly assigned, it's a whole bunch of points, games, and the set to top it off. If a score is in doubt, the markets have to be disabled until it's fixed and confirmed with official sources. There shouldn't be possibilities to make bets during those periods.

Even though you made a mistake and you bet on a player that ended up losing the match, those wagers can't be considered valid. And looking at the pre-match odds, Samrej was the favorite to win this match. After winning the first set, there is no chance that the odds on the player who lost the first set should be 1.40 in normal conditions. btc365 and their odds provider messed up big time here.

Did you place bet in live match or pre-match. I am asking because I still did not understand your case properly as I said your texts on OP are hard to understand.

The pm idea above is a better place to start with than the trust system and might get you through to someone high/close to the team if it's actively managed.

Generally anything that could help convince people of your case without exposing too much of your own information. Examples may include Screenshots of the bet placed (with the amount or ID number on the bet if you want to keep the bet amount private), Screenshots of your conversations over email (particularly relevant stuff).

Obscure anything that might be too confidential.

Check the other thread mentioned above to find btc365partners profile, clock on the link that says "trust" and open a flag with them so others can support it if they agree with it.

my problem all bookmakers had zebalos 6-3 leading in sets so the odds dropped from 4 pre odds to 1.43 but he didnt won set won he lost it 3-6 so the score was wrong i betted after set on ML on zebelos cuz i thought he leaded 1-0 in sets what he didnt after multiple hours of pending score updates

What I understand is bet365 cancelled the live bets on that match. You are saying one of your bet was not in live market.

I am assuming this (below) is the bet in question?

no no the bet was faulty on every bookmaker i betted on zebalos on wrong score and lines he lost tho he had a faulty 6-3 what was not true he infact was behind 3-6  as seen in gyzao flashscore bookmakers had flipped real scores

They are not very much active here. But, another scam accusation against them was solved after two weeks of allegations. At least they responded and solved the issues. It's already proved on that thread that they have some nefarious activities which were already painted on their trust page. You may want to check this thread (SOLVED) BTC365.com SCAM me 20Mbtc.

If OP submits some other information, I believe he could get some support from the community.

This might not be a good forum to bring up this complaint as I don't think they have a big presence around here.

It seems shady they're only giving refunds if you won the bet though, they should be giving you the winnings rather than a refund (which might be reason to ask further too).

I don't know why they'd refuse to pay out during the match if you placed a bet, if you could see their scoring was wrong and placed a bet, why couldn't they and why shouldn't they have fixed it before letting people buy tickets? It sounds like they're not very sharp at collecting match information - probably a good reason not to use them again.

What happened::  Hello i have a problem/dispute with BTC365 so far the site has been good but now i encountered a problem with a bet

the bet i speak of is a tennis davis cup game   Kasidit Samrej vs Federico Zeballos the game had a problem with wrong score and cuz of that wrong shown was that zeblasos won first set 6-3 but in fact he lost it the odds were 1.43 for zebalos after first set cuz the system thought he won first set what he didnt he had 4+ odds pre game so normally he should have like 7-8+ odds when he lost first set i attached some screenshots to make it more clear. i thought all good they refund it then i saw this in their announcement channel [Tennis][Davis Cup] 'Samrej, Kasidit (THA)-vs-Zeballos, Federico (BOL)' - 16/09. *LIVE. Due to wrong market offered, selected affected ticket is considered REFUNDED. Kindly re-check your ticket and balance again. Sorry for the inconveniences caused!. i thought ok nice then i looked at my bet  slip and what i see its still lost i contacted the live support they said they have to contact their vendor. the respons was This is Ashley, BTC365 Customer Care, we are here to inform you in regards of your ticket with id : 2209160059371475 , as per vendor the announcement of the refund ticket only affected live betting , since you bet on full time your ticket were not affected and can't be refunded, your ticket resulted in lose as per official result you bet on away team and the winner of the match is the home team (with score 2-0). We hope for your understanding. is the message i received i told them i placed a live bet after the faulty first set now i wait for an answer.
