Microsoft test their product with their consumers every time. After a couple of days they will release a patch. Earlier this year, an update caused the windows 10 to struck at boot screen after updating and they released patch after couple of days. but what about the people who were already affected.  Mining with rx580 on windows 7. Hope there will be no problem with Windows 7.

Oh yeah, sometimes this be a funny thing. When my laptop updated, next I'll check Altcoin Mining section and tried to find some miner that troubled with their rigs that caused by Windows update And check my own rigs after.  Cheesy

Mean, a lot of miners has the same issue with you OP. As all above said, you should disable Windows Update.  Wink

You've skipped the main rule in the miner setup.
Always updates make headaches.
If you check the link given above, you will go to the solution.

Is anyone else having problems with some miner after updating windows 10?

You and many other people have been having problems after the Windows 10 update. It's not the same for all but some simply reinstall drivers to get things back up and running again.
Here is a link to a discussion about it: https://www.reddit.com/r/EtherMining/comments/8m29v9/how_i_fixed_my_5x_rx580_3x_rx570_asus_z270p_after/

Always disable automatic updates.
