As far as I'm aware none of those are support channels. If you need help you need to go where they offer help. On the main page you can find a Contact Us and Support link at the bottom or get someone who can log in to log a ticket.

Dude, do not get me wrong. If you post posts to improve your status here in this forum please do not do it on topics that matter is important and difficult for other people. especially when they have their coins stuck and unable to work.
