Do you know the transaction hash?. If you know then try checking it in an explorer like mempool.space and see if there's a transaction made and if it is also confirmed. If you haven't received it then you should also try contacting on coinbase customer support and explain your situation. I think they will help you with your problem and hope it will be fixed or solve sooner or later. For now, checking the transaction hash in a bitcoin explorer like the one I mentioned.

Learning never stops!
OP has been inactive since I don’t think he has  replied to anyone yet.. but if OP can’t check the block exporer and he’s does not mind having a little hand from the forum, he/she can just post the transaction if from uphold…it’s actually the first time I’m hearing about uphold, tried checking it out, I think it works more like exchange walle, don’t know how it works but I know they will issue a TXID if truly the transaction was processed…

I know non-custodial wallets don’t have minimum deposits. I was referring to the Coinbase account, as I have seen many users who refer to the Coinbase account as the same thing as a wallet, but I could probably be wrong as I’m unsure which the Op is referring to.
Yeah I can relate with it… most people do the mistake since it uses the word Coinbase..

The problem could either be that the transaction is not yet completed based on the required deposit confirmation by Coinbase, or have you checked if the deposited amount is equal to the minimum deposit? That could also be another reason for delay. But this could be followed if you have confirmed the status on blockchain.
Coinbase (exchange) and Coinbase wallet is different.

Coinbase wallet is non custodial, there's no certain amount of minimum deposit, just like other wallets.

I sent BTC from Uphold to my Coinbase Wallet last night. Status says complete and I confirmed the address is the same one on my wallet, but the funds have not arrived. It's been 8 hours since status changed from pending to "complete." Am I missing something? If anyone can help/advise I'd be much appreciative. Thank you!

Like others suggested, check the TXid on any blockchain explorer and confirm whether it has any confirmation or in pending status.

Other possibilities that you are exposed to clipboard malware that replaces the copied address with similar one that sync most characters of the copied address. Since you mentioned coinbase wallet, it should display any transactions once it appears on the blockchain even if it's unconfirmed and if you didn't see any then the problem is from the uphold side.

If you've confirmed the transaction on the mempool and it's truly "confirmed", check how many confirmations it has. Coinbase requires 3 confirmations to complete a transaction. I know that 8 hours is a lot of time not to get just 3 confirmations but still, there's a possibility of that happening.
If you have more than 3 confirmations, then try updating your Coinbase app.
Sometimes, a simple refresh of the page could also work. If you've done all these and you still can't see the BTC in your wallet, contact customer service and file a complaint.

You better check the transaction ID from uphold this is a common issue from Uphold. If the transaction is not exist in any block explorer then the issue is in Uphold. You can report the issue link below

But if the transaction shows on any block explorer and its confirmed more than 3 confirmations then the issue is in coinbase sometimes the coinbase dashboard have some bug I have many bad experience before using coinbase the same as this issue reporting it fixed my issue.
So try contacting them through this link below

Not your keys, not your coins!
Why it must be 3 confirmations? 1 confirmation is enough for non custodial wallet. Even we can see the amount we received without any confirmation, not sure if Coinbase wallet can be like that or not.
1 confirmation is enough but I wrote 3 confirmations because centralized platforms have different requirements before they credit your deposit. Their requirement on it can be 1, 2 or 3 confirmations but as I know, none platform requires more than 3 confirmations.

That's why I mentioned if that transaction already has at least 3 confirmations, the user can contact Coinbase for investigation and support. I didn't check Coinbase's terms on deposit confirmation, perhaps it can be 3 or less than 3.

It's 2 confirmations. You can check more details because number of confirmations for deposit and withdrawal can be different.

Sending funds from some wallets witnesses some delays some time to time, and I have experienced this with my signature payment, whenever I get paid, it takes almost 12 hours extra for the Bitcoin to arrive in my wallet, and so since I am already used to this delay I don't worry most times anymore.

Once you check that everything is ok through verifying the transaction on explorer and also confirming that your receiving address is ok and accurate, you can take a chill pill, update your coin base app and maybe by then everything will be alright.

I've actually not made use of coin base wallet before so I really don't know how it works, however if you still haven't seen the coins in your wallet at this point there are a couple of things involved. Firstly, it's possible that message meant they are successfully processing the transaction. Another possible problem could be that your wallet isn't syncing with the Blockchain maybe because of internet issues.

When you made the transaction were you given a transaction hash (TXID)? If you were you should copy that transaction hash and paste it in a Blockchain explorer to get the status of the transaction.

There’s only one way to check, find the receiving address, head over to https://blockchair.com/, paste the address into the search bar, and hit search. If there’s any transaction linked to that address, it’ll show up there.

First you must check your Bitcoin address with Bitcoin block explorer to see whether that transaction is confirmed or not. If Uphold proceeded that transaction for you, you will see the transaction in block explorer and can see it was confirmed or not confirmed.

If it was confirmed, it's up to Coinbase to credit that transaction to your account.

If they didn't credit that deposit to your account, and your deposit has enough confirmations like 3 confirmations, you have to contact Coinbase for their support.

If the transaction status has changed to completed, what you need to do now is copy the receiving address—I mean, that of your Coinbase—and scan it using Bitcoin Explorer to be sure if the deposit has actually been confirmed in the blockchain.

It could be something wrong with your Coinbase wallet not syncing properly then. But just to make sure, could you post the transaction hash from Uphold? Confirm that whatever is shown when you check it on Blockchain.com explorer (and not the Uphold app) is accurate (address, amount, time)
