I'll follow adaseb's advice.
In my opinion, main issue is inconsistency from eth devs.
They encouraged discussion last year and many got excited to see ProgPoW been implemented, just to let everyone down.
Even zcash considered switching to ProgPoW at some point on 2019 lol just to let everyone down, too.
Right now, It is similar. Even Vitalik is against ProgPoW as well as others. Seems like they prefer switching to POS than ProgPoW.
Too much controversy, opposition & noise around the elephant in the room: centralization vs decentralization.

I think the reason why it wasn't given much interest was because there was no profitable coin to mine using that algorithm. Basically the hype was on when word was out that ETH would fork to ProgPOW and they did nothing 2 years ago. So thats why there was no comments or submissions to your site.
Now that its a given that ProgPOW is going live with ETH then the topic should be more active. My advice is maybe wait for the testnet to launch with the ProgPOW algo and then bring the site back up so you don't waste your time and money if it gets cancelled or delayed again knowing the ETH devs.

Last year interest on this topic was very low, and comments show it: seven months without a single comment on this thread.
Keep in mind that ProgPOW comes to interest again as it seems to be considered for eth devs now.

For those benchmarking using ethminer, here is the sintax as suggested by Andrea Lanfranchi:

Note: there is hashrate variance of +-10% among different periods (every 50 blocks) on ETH's ProgPoW.

There is a "TDP" field to submit power draw in watts. Yet, it is up to those who submit to specify that.

Those numbers seem extremely low, what are you settings and miner? I assume these are for ProgPoW BCI? RX580 should do about 9mh-10mh/s If you use MODDED BIOs, for ETH-hash you will see suffered hashrates because timings for ProgPoW are different. Stock BIOs is recommended for RX400/500 series.
