Yeah, we have full page script. But you need to do some coding for this, "when people enters to my page they have to complete the shortener then they enter to my page". But there is a simple trick, shorten you site's homepage's url with index.php/index.html file. Then go to cPanel and add a redirect of your domain to the short link.
