Thanks for the feedback, I've checked the boxes and I was able to select one and not the other, but I'm only trying on 1 browser and not the others as I'm at work. Will be testing different browsers to see how they are handling the rendering for these buttons. Would you be able to confirm your browser/version so I can try my best replicating?

You can't select the "This item does not require shipping" checkbox without first selecting the "local shipping" option.  This confused me for a few minutes, so it might be a good idea to make that button independent. 

Anyway, seems like a nice site!  I posted my auction, and I'm interested to see the site develops.

Very nice Beta Site, it has a lot of potential.

Thanks to everyone, we've receive an overwhelming number of registrations and posts, we've sent over 800 emails in less than 12 hours, our host freaked out and put our emails on hold...
