the ubuntu installation is literally minimum not even phyton is installed, but this is not a problem at all.

Thank you, our gold and higher packages run on faster 1000mpbs per server network and fiber storage banks.
Overkill for web, but great for applications or database for speed but can be used for web

This is not windows where you can have "remote desktop connection", text based putty for linux

If your using putty, connection will automatically close port22 tunnel after no actively. Normal for all linux

Can You Regain Connection?
Try using the ping command in CMD or Unix terminal (dependent on the OS) with your IP that was emailed to you!
Go to your control panel on the site (billing.nocroom.com) and see if you can restart it!
If these all fail, try PMming the OP and give him as mcuh necessary information as you can as he can handle it.
