Yes thats true. Its for that newbie is hard to identify whose scammers and who is not. Newbie can easily make a malicious without hasitation. Because if they were mark as negative trust they create new account easily. And in order to participate any services people should trust you. So people will trust if you have trustd account.
so this is the reason why,when I visit the first page all of them got red tagged, better not to participate if you don't want it to happen to your account.
