What's the point of another crypto? I program on a python, make telegram bots and make scripts for automated trading (currently arbitration). Could we join our efforts in this direction, what do you think?

if we can put this idea in practice, we will be the most decentralized coin.
Today, almost everybody keep their coins in exchanges and never create a node.
this will change if news coins follows this Proof-of-Care protocol.
people definitely should understand and take care of the money system they use.

I was thinking that the number of accounts maybe not need be so limited. Could be slowly increased without any problem.

I like the idea of proof of care protocol. I think that it is innovative and new vision.

The proof-of-work also solves the problem of determining representation in majority decisionmaking. If the majority were based on one-IP-address-one-vote, it could be subverted by anyoneable to allocate many IPs
I think Satoshi simply dont think that he could limit the number of "IPs" and create a PoW.
The solution I am proposing is so simple that it is interesting that no one has thought of it already.
Pascalcoin came very close but still used the PoW to solve the double spending problem.
