Some Christians, as well as some Buddhists, Muslims, Jews etc. are mad but can we call all members of some religion mad because of a few people or some small radical groups inside some religion?

Are you trying to reduce the arrogance of the French by not capitalizing the word "french" in your comment above? Or are you simply leaving them their heads, since they are the ones that made the guillotine popular?
Capitalization is like capital punishment. For example. A lower case "i" has a dot on top of it. When a person talks about himself, he says "I", as in "I do it." I should use lower case for myself. The dot on lowercase indicates that I still have my head. Uppercase has no dot. It shows me after I lost my head. That is why it is called capitalized, as in decapitated by government, which thing the French government is popular for.

All that the medical is trying to do with mind drugs like Prozac, Zoloft, Paxil, Celexa, Lexapro, Luvox, Viibryd, Effexor, Cymbalta, Khedezla, Pristiq, Fetzima, Brintellix, Elavil, Pamelor, Sinequan, Imipramine, Wellbutrin, Nardil, Parnate, Emsam, Remeron, Adderall, atomoxetine, bupropion, guanfacine, clonidine, and a whole lot more is, exorcize the "evil spirits" out of people.
Getting rid of these drugs, and getting the people onto better diets, would relieve a lot of side effects of the drugs, and help the people better.

You call monotheists in some bad way, i mean "arab muslims" with no reason.
Under "Islam" are many "Mental control totaliatarian sects", mostly known as "salafi" or ISIS/Al Qaedah.
Maybe those group of orthodox Christians from OP are insane but calling every monotheist insane cause of that is just stupid. Orthodox Christians are mostly from backward, non developed countries so sure they can look strange to civilized ppl but i dont think all of them are insane.
This case is a proof of the madness of that priest and his followers. All together 5 (namely five) people, so based on this case calling the cca. 3-4 billion monotheists all across the word mad, seems to be a bit far fetched for me. But Beliathon will surely agree with you .

If the people of a particular country make tribal living a law, and if this spreads to a large number of people, it will gradually make the country weak.

Number of wives is suggested to be "1." It is said according to the local customs or laws of the people.
Number of husbands, and tribal living (everyone married to eveyone else), are suggested against, by not being mentioned. It would be said according to the local customs or laws of the people, but there will be trouble doing it this way.

Many books have been written all over the place, throughout the last 2,000 years, that speak about Christianity. If people who call themselves Christian would follow what the New Testament says - not what they want to believe it says - we would have correct healings of people rather than that which is depicted by OP.
