It's a great list and I believe this is the ABC's of securing your account. Having a strong password mainly a combination of alpha-numeric, a symbol and capitalization is a must, and do not use a password that is somehow can be related to your personal information such as name, date of birth, address and etc.
I would also like to reiterate to have an alternate e-mail, different for each purpose to avoid losing all control over your accounts just in case a breach occurs, or something you can put as a back-up to recover your account.

I recently activated the 2FA protection on my accounts, I even have installed an authenticator on my email and primary accounts so no one could access it aside from me.
