Just searching for forum whitelisting I found this post/thread. It might be a good place to start - unless an admin just does it before your post is received by them (from this topic).

How do you go about it?
If you're a brand new user to the forum with no previously bannd accounts;
• Send me an email to -
Code:
• You may need to answer a few questions which I would ask randomly,
• Based on your answers, your request could be accepted or rejected.

You could also get a reputable account to vouch for you on this thread.

Fivestar....
It's actually a nice idea trying to convince someone who doesn't even have any fore-knowledge 'bout the forum.. yunno that's gonna be a bit turgid as every effort you'd put it, just to let 'em know it ain't a scammy site ..and that it's the nearest possible platform which you could acquire any information about crypto, as Long as we have diverse sections to express ourselves and get their inquisitive minds, lusty for thirst and unnecessary fault-finding --filled up satisfactorily.
It's good that you made 'em request publicized; so anyone could Just pick an interest on that.... But is that the least possible way to convince someone out there? What If they ain't cool themselves? I'd believe that I wasn't dragged in here by some kinda, sophisticated bypass technique... What's meant to be, will be.

HI guys and ladies..,

So yesterday, I was having a chat with some friends who are far away from my current city, something lead to something and we started discussing Bitcoin, though they are active members of the cryptocurrency community but they are not members of this forum, neither have they ever heard of it...
At a point, they asked if there was a place where they can have a general chat or discussions about cryptocurrencies with other members of the community globally, where they could share their knowledge as well as learn from others as well,

Bitcointalk came to my mind immediately, so I introduced the forum to them, they signed up but unfortunately, they both encountered this ProxyBan thing and were asked to pay a fee to be whitelisted.

Long story short, they actually accused me of introducing a scam forum to them  Grin, saying I want to scam them directly or indirectly, to end the argument, i told them to be calm, that i would find a way around the ProxyBan thing.

So I am making this post believing that there are some users whom I believe have the power or authority to whitelist newbies registrants, to enable them start posting without paying the evil fees, at least, my aim is to prove to this two that the forum is not a scam and I didn't intend scamming them in any way.
So any help or suggestions on what to do would be greatly appreciated.
