Maybe you need some additional Software from Microsoft, i test with to different WIN 7 machines.
On the second one i got some qt5--.dll errors and do follow ---> Download Qt Creator for Windows v 5.10.1
you have to set Windows environment path variable to the path of the installation for me it was here c:\Qt\5.10.1\mingw53\bin
If you got MSVPC140.dll --> Download and install Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 x86 --> https://www.microsoft.com/de-ch/download/details.aspx?id=48145
After that it works for me,
maybe for faster to find a peer you can set a prux.conf in follow destination on Windows -->c:\User(s)\YourWinUsername\AppData\Roaming\prux
Create there a file with prux.conf (not prux.conf.txt --> maybe set to show more details of data)

I didn't bother with paths, but just copied correct dll files from QT dir into Prux wallet dir. Rember that QT installation is qutie big and lenghty.
FIRST PRUX BLOCKHALF SUCCESSFUL DONE :-).
