It's cool that you don't typically require KYC from users, but some might not feel comfortable with providing their name. As far as I can see, though, providing a name is not obligatory.
The problem here is that more and more people these days are submitting their KYC without thinking too much about it prompting these websites to go ahead with these KYC procedures even though such people are still in the minority.

These people need to avoid doing this in order to take a stand against KYC just like the majority of the cryptocurrency community.

That is why we support the cause of not asking our KYC clients.

we send you a greeting and if you have any doubt let us know

..just visited the site and its pretty cool..the user interface is nice and attractive to those who are new in playing online casino..most of the pictures are 3D object embeded and it is really like for children's game..but i have notice that only Bitcoin is accepted as mode of payment..i think you should include some altcoins such as eth, litecoin, ripple etc..for how long does the site running??scince when??..maybe you'll need to improve more your site and make it simple, trusted and probably fair for you to attract more gamblers..

Since we thank you for your constructive comment, we will implement more cryptocurrencies.

And if you are right in what it indicates, we will try harder.

If you have any questions, let us know.

You site reminds me of a site I used about 2 years ago with all these naked women in it.
It can maybe be fun for male players but I dont think you will be able to catch female gamblers to it.
Also being honest I personally didnt like your webside design at all

Thank you very much for your constructive comments, maybe the erotic games are hidden or there will be a vip section that wants to access them.

Just checked out the website and first impressions are pretty good. The UI looks decent and there is a good variety of games.

Is Bitcoin the only payment method? If so, it would be better of you guys added more currencies like ETH, LTC etc.

Also, there are duplicates of 'Puerto Casino' under the special offers section which looks weird and needs to be fixed immediately.

Hello good afternoon!

Sadly some people dont seem to understand the risks of what their personal infos can be in the wrong hands. KYC is really something that should always be avoided. Crypto people should know that otherwise why they are into crypto? Why not to use FIAT?
As soon I see crypto related site proclaiming you need to provide kyc documentation if you do win any amount then you want to withdraw this funds off the site I click away from the site.
It is like they are holding your winnings hostage in exchange for you personal information.
And this to me is a big no in the use of cryptocurrency related transactions.
What would be the reason for using crypto as opposed to fiat and credit cards then?

Let's just wait for future news and progress about this site. Being new is hard to rise to reputed site and will take some time before that happen. It's is really needed to stay connected to players with chat box if there is so that players can directly ask and also read some feedbacks made by other players and owner should be available to contact so that players won't think that the site is abandoned.

What is the purpose of asking personal information such as Name, last name and date of birth? Will you ask us for KYC for withdrawal? Why do not use btc as the main denomination in your site as you are accepting btc payment only?

Wondering why this didnt attract that much of interest here. Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

Its all about preferences, not all people like to play on a non provably fair casino. Most bitcoin gamblers prefers to play on any sites with clear provably fair mechanism so they wont be afraid of being cheated. Not mentioning that this site is going to cheat us, but just saying it in general context.

I do agree with that. and the site is relatively new.
but upon checking the jackpot casino- the amount is almost $57k atm
not bad for a starting casino site!
there's really business in gambling, if you do it right...
This is really important as the site still on its introductory period, being honest and having this provably fair system is part of what gamblers
needs to be well aware off, OP needs to make sure that the trust bond behind players and site owners will be in good form, owners needs to'address
this and adjust as soon as possible.

I also agree with panjul07 that provably fair games attract gamblers more. If you are a decent team, they you got nothing to hide and then why not to implement the provably fair mechanism? Trust is among serious issues when it comes to online casinos, and this could help you gain some trust of the users. I am also wondering what your casino lives from and thus whether there is a house edge (if yes, at what percentage) or some additional fees.

We just do not want to answer for your profile that has more than 4000 complaints.
Your profile does not inspire confidence and speaks for itself.  Smiley

Our casino is honest and if you want to know in our post it indicates who is our operator

Hello, as far as your data can be filled in if you wish, we do not request KYC in withdrawals, unless we detect some type of fraud.

As for the birthday date, we may give you bonus or free spins, if you have previously deposited.

We are honest with our players, if you have any questions, let us know.

Nice website , the games are working pretty well. The roullete doent load on my browser tho , i dont know why. I would like to hear more from other users first and search for feedbacks before trying to play some games here. The sign up process is pretty fast , though it doesnt require a confimation code before you log in , which for me is important in todays websites. Especially this one is dealing with money/crypto.
