Stay clear of these pump groups. They seem very tempting to new comers to the crypto world but you can easily loose all your money. The group admin will have a small side group which he will inform well ahead of the main group which coin will get pumped, it is the admin and his small side group that make the money, the main group are just the suckers with a small chance of making money. Stay clear

I can gladly say I have never been in a pump group.
What I see with these pump groups is a very small group
of people infleuencing others into their circle to take
advantage of others because where there is a PUMP
there is a DUMP and who suffers?
the people who dont know the dump is coming and that

I like how the OP asks for proof of pourchase for pumping... What should be happening here is that they should be providing proof of their work and perhaps use bitcoin's ability to provide proof of ownership to showcase how much they hold.

I wouldn't trust these groups. Most "founders" of these groups make make the pump much before you know, and they sell after you make the pump, and then they tell you to sell also. Which basically is risky and they win by "taking" your money.

I joined  some telegram group of pumpers that are giving free signals for 2 to 3 days of the trading the coin that they mention in the group,well i found it very  interesting i tried once thier signal and it works, but invested little only.

Still, ain't trust any pump group. Who know other core members maybe have the coin before signal the pump.

Somehow it's tempting to join these group but then something whispered me that this is just a piece of trash and we're just using them and they're the one who actually profited here. Well just my two cents here.

Why does the community tolerate such actions? It clearly destroys confidence in cryptos. Increased volatility will keep lot of people out of the game. No wonder that in a regular market such behavior is not accepted. But please try to explain to me why I'm wrong.

I'm starting 3 different pump and dump groups:
The three groups follow different pump methodologies:
Group 1: members vote for the coins they want to pump, I first gather the 4 most voted for from an open ballot of the 10 first proposed coins, the ballot to select the final one is open.
Group 2: members vote for the coins they want to pump, 4 coins are proposed to pump, the ballot to select the final one is secret, the final one is announced
Group 3: classic pump, one coin is announced

My objective is to get data out of the groups, so after each pump, one or more polls (not mandatory) will be posted on the channels. My assumption is that the most successful group will be group 2.

How is it different from existing pump and dump groups?
-I don't do prepump, my objective is to get data, not to ruin the data
-I don't do VIP sub groups, that would defeat the purpose of the pump: the point is to have extern people to the group continue the pump, not have the "late" comers from the group getting dumped on.
-I don't do cross promotion. I can't directly profit from it, my objective is again to get the data, scams will stay scams.
-I do only pump signals, no the pseudo signals most of the groups are doing.
-I will not sum the percentages to say the profits are more than 100%, nor will I put emoji in every bloody message: because I'm not a retard.
I don't assume I know the future, but the group knows because the group makes it so, the more members there are, the more the group is right.


There will be a signal per day per group, the hour will vary depending of the localization of the members.
The pumps will start on small volume coins with a 1000 members, average volume on 3000 members.
The objective is >10k members, that's when really interesting actions can happen.

Why should you join?
- They are no bullshit group, just pump.
- You don't get screwed by a small group that would have paid to get the signal 5 seconds before you.
- You get a say in 2 of the 3 groups.
- The more members there are the more external people will also follow it, that’s what a pump is supposed to do.

FAQ.

Why not take part in it yourself?
- After discussion with my thesis director, taking part in it would mean ruining the collected data, thus the data set being undeceivable, that's a lot of time invested for nothing

Aren't pump and dump illegal? How is it allowed for your thesis?
- Organizing a pump and dump with unknowing participants is illegal, coordinating investment with acknowledging participants is not. Pump must appear in the title of the group to assume consent

How do you profit?
- I get data in a never done before way
- Better mention -> better rank on the starting salary scale
- The average salary out of my program is around 100k euros, I'm not going to risk a life of success for a few thousand euros.

How do I know it's not a scam
- Whatever rocks your boat, not everyone is out to get you. I win even when everyone else in the group wins. Other scam pnd groups cannot.

I think you have to say how much you charge before adding some one into this group and if you are not charging  anything then we should get it free here. I have been trading for quite sometime now and I only following candlestick charts to know when a coin is about to get pump or dump.

I agree with you that pump group are scamming schemes (at least, for the most part), but I guess you can't say these are the same people that made you lose money, if you don't have any proofs.
OP, keep in ming that people on this forum don't usually tolerate pump groups and if you want to sound different from all others, I guess you must have a real strategy, nice advirtisement, your own website perhaps, oh, and call yourself not a pump group but somehow more sophisticated and official. Surely I suggest all this only by giving you the benefit of the doubt which is that you don't want to get rich by making other members of your pump groups lose their money.
What lacks also is the proof that it was actually your group pumping the coins listed in the original message. Can you provide smth like that?

Hi, sorry I don't understand the logic. If we invest and the pump is successful and we make the 200-400% as suggested above, you will then pay us on top of this profit that we made?! Seems too good to be true.
