Currently, we have level-up bonuses and very frequent bonuses throughout the week. I would say we are one of the top casino's when it comes to the frequency of bonus drops whether they be through our official Telegram, streams, etc. In addition, weekly and monthly bonuses are coming very soon. Since we are still fine-tuning our VIP system, we held off on creating a dedicated VIP page. Having said this, once our system is complete, the VIP page will be up with a very comprehensive breakdown of all our offers! Lastly, the wagering requirements for each VIP level is indeed the same as what was posted a little while ago.

I have never received an email regarding a monthly bonus and now I am at 73% to reach Bronze level, I can achieve it this week

I can access it to my end. But Sports options is loading slow and that maybe your problem. You can try refreshing your browser or try using incognito mode. If it didn't work you can try changing into other browser. If all of it doesn't work, restarting your internet connection would most likely the last method I can suggest to you. Most likely it will load to you unless punt.com is not accessible in your country or you are using VPN service to access punt.com. They haven't announced a maintenance or any disruptions in their services so it is all good. You can access sportsbook but you can't place bets

It is still not clear so better to wait for official answer from punt. Anyway, even if they have weekly/monthly bonuses for specific account level, you should not take it as a reason to pursue a target just for the bonuses. Play as what you like to do, if there is a bonus like weekly/monthly, take it as a side effect of your gambling activity. It should not be something to pursue because it may make you to force yourself to wager more than what you should.
I understand your point but I have my own way of doing it I mean when I have a budget for gambling then I will choose some favorite casino to play

Just a suggestion, it would be nice if you can do a live draw for this promotion or even better if you can use provably fair system to do the draw.
