Seems like you sprung for the Gold tier Mavens software, so it's good that you're willing to invest some money/time into the project. As far as functionality for how it plays, it's fine (Mavens software seems pretty reliable). The only thing I saw that was worrisome is the "disconnect protection". Does that mean that if someone gets disconnected their hand is still considered live and they can win the main pot? That's very very bad and very easy to exploit. If it means that someone gets extra time to reconnect before their hand gets folded, though, that's fine.
As far as larger issue, I'm curious if you've hired a Poker Room Manager/Security to handle the site when it launches? It's important to have dedicated people on the job since running a safe and profitable poker room is a full time job. Do you have a marketing team? Marketing towards poker players (not just towards bitcoin enthusiasts) is crucial to your success, and is something that no bitcoin-based room (except for early Seals) has done correctly. Now that Ignition and WPN use bitcoin for deposits/withdraws, it's a much easier concept for poker players to wrap their heads around and they are likely to be more receptive towards a bitcoin-based room. Do you have an affiliate structure set up? VIP levels/rakeback? Do you have plans for a stand alone client in addition to the web based client? Is the withdraw process instant? (it shouldn't be) Is MP getting half of your rake? (they shouldn't be) Why are you using the 1 chip = 1 bit conversion instead of the industry standard 1 chip = 1mBTC conversion? Do you have systems set up to deal with the rampant begging that online poker is rife with? What about p2p transfers?
The marketplace is primed and ready for a good, well run, well marketed bitcoin poker room. Hopefully you're committed to the cause and can fill that need.
(also as I was typing this, it looks like your 2nd tournament has disappeared from the lobby)
Disconnect protection gives someone extra time to reconnect before their hand gets folded.
When we get out of beta and fully launch the answer to all your questions except one is Yes (Is MP getting half of your rake? No)
We chose for 1 chip = 1 bit because most of our site's and Moneypot's users are already used to this conversion.
The 2nd tournament disappeared from the lobby for a minute because i made a change to the payout structure.
Why shouldn't the withdraw process be instant?
