You haven't signed up. Please follow the instructions in the OP. I've tryed to sign you up, but there's somethign wrong with the signature, it should be exectly as in the reference.

You can use faucet http://coinia.net/qora/faucet.php or gain your activity. All time you've got signature counts. As soon as your activity over 28 you'll start receiving coins.
