yes.. let me take that back if you are sharing the same exact directory over the network it will not work, but you can setup the same wallet on two PCs if that's what your asking

Some Development Updates

The new release is near

Before we release the new version in a couple of days I would like to mention another feature that we have added the last days.
-Storing Arbitrary files on blockchain.
This way you will be able to add e.g. a decentralized image to your website or store css files for your website or whatever you like.
In order to prevent blockchain spamming we will limit this feature to 50 arbitrary transactions at once at first and will also increase the fee for transaction batches.
50 arbitrary transaction should be enough to store images or files with size of atleast 100 KB.

To show you the new version agran uploaded the current testbranch to his website, so on qora.co.in you can already explore it with nearly all features that will be in the next release.
Here are some test images I already uploaded to the blockchain:

If you want to use a blockchain image on your website or profile you can just use /2ndtest/nature (/) or {{namestoragemap.getOpt("2ndtest","nature"}} if you want to have the whole image as base64 in your website

But if you only remember the seed that's sufficient, because anytime you can restore from seed. Thus, I think no wallet backup is needed.

Yeap, Bter is a bad choice but Polo is okay, where CCDEK is currently the best one. i like to trade there, even there is not much volume sometimes.

Agree with you. We should make Qora more known before we try to get on another exchanges. Poloniex, Bter and CCDEK are three good ones and they should be enough for the beginning. Marketing should be the focus now. Qora has much to offer compared to other coins. We must stress that in different marketing actions.

I could help, but since we have CCEDK and it's reliable from the start, it'd be better to keep this BTC for another Qora crowdfund/bounty in my opinion. Going into many exchanges won't help for the time being. Creating demand and making the community bigger helps most.

This. We don't need any more exchanges. The volume on an exchange must be reasonable or the coin will become a joke.

There is constant development and a new release with extra features (& new website) is near (I guess within one week).

@devs: Please correct me if I am wrong.

It is time we all do our best for the community growth. E.g. the decentralized web server & decentralized blogging - being the first worldwide - are huge services, the entire cryptoworld should embrace them and use them, but still it seems that they didn't heard or tried Qora.

That's why I believe a focus in marketing and a call to new devs who can build everything on top of Qora platform (from ebay style marketplace to games) is needed asap.

We together, as a community, can crowdfund new features, create services and give everyone (devs & users) motives to use Qora. For this I have created a sample list: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.12349824

Also, you can join the slack channel and ask questions there, there are always some devs that will anwer your questions.
