Tried out traxx's service. It works as advertised.

Waiting for a Hero Member to review my card once they verify their account.   Everything was done on BTCtalk so it took a lil longer since I don't check BTCtalk constantly. I'm usually around my PC doing some other work, so if you need faster service please Skype me. If not, BTCtalk is just fine.

Originally, I manage over 50 ebay and paypal accounts alone and I use these cards to verify each and every one. On a side note, I can't verify Coinbase anymore. When i used it to verify my coinbase account it worked fine, but when i tried to do it for another client they said we couldn't use my cards to verify. So I can't verify coinbase accounts anymore. I refunded him and he purchased another service from me. Hopefully he can come and vouch for me.

However, all other accounts I listed still works.
