Just months ago, she celebrated her platinum jubilee and today, she's no more but would be moaned mourned and celebrated by others.
Bro, I know you probably just learned the queen's language from school, which is ok. To err is human, so I just wanted to correct you on that one. Moan sounds naughty if you look up the meaning  Cheesy

Actually the Queen was a peaceful mother who lived a life worthy of emulation. No wonder she is so loved by all, she will continue to be _moaned for long period of time.

Why is Queen being _moaned even by those she colonised or even enslaved? Is it because of the sympathy of death or for national honor. Besides, Queen is well aged and should be celebrated instead of being _moaned.

She served seven decades, that's more than what my father lived. She truly enjoyed her time and never a bad death at that age but still a sad one for the UK and her family, truly her legacy shall never be forgotten. My condolences.

The Queen of England has passed away at 96 years of age. For seven decades, Queen Elizabeth II has been Britain's figurehead and its longest-reigning monarch. As a woman who has served her people for many years under challenging circumstances in an ever-changing world, I consider her a role model. Having served in public service for a lifetime leaves us with an enormous debt of gratitude. This is something we all should respect. The Royal Family is in our thoughts and prayers.
She was one of the longest serving throne in the history, she has did all she can during time. My sincere condolence to all British people, England Palace; may Queen Elizabeth soul rest in perfect peace.

"In this life you come and you go, story about life" Arrdee said it all and today again it is actualized in the existence of the Queen. Just months ago, she celebrated her platinum jubilee and today, she's no more but would be moaned and celebrated by others. She has done a lot for her nation, have come of age where her strengths and will to continue fails her but today, she goes to rest. It is our hope that her gentle soul rests in peace.
My condolences to the family and those hurt by her death. She would be missed by the world that has come to know her.

This is the reason why we shouldn't see ourselves as omnipotent because death is inevitable it could happen to anyone any day anytime irrespective of your class or position in society. The death of the queen shoke the entire world because of her influence not just on her nation but also on the world as she has affected so many nations through her position. Just yesterday when the news of her death was announced the mourning began also and so many nations and institutions have declared public holidays in respect of her sudden death.

May her gentle soul rest in peace.

I can say anything else but somehow seeing life as nothing. From some post I have ever can across is saying "No nothing like death but a better place than Earth". Furthermore, is a restricted place were you and I have no access to our worldly things such as Cars, Money, Building and all manners of things.

May her soul rest in perfect place of almighty.
We the whole world miss you ma'am.

but, I recognize the Queen was loved by many

And she was hated by many. This is typical for famous person. Also, both sides have had rightful claims to the Queen.

Today is indeed a sad day but 96 years is a hell of a long time to be alive.  The changes she's seen...

Yes, this is really incredible.

End of era... It looked that Queen is eternal, but everything has to end one day. 96 years, 70 years in throne is something , I don't even know what to say. UK and Royal Family never wont be same with Queen Elizabeth.
May she rest in peace.

You're right. But for honest, for me, era ended like a few years ago, when some important (not relatives) people from 20th century have died. And maybe because of war in my country I may not have a proper mood to comprehend this event in my mind.

God save the Queen! In the afterlife  Smiley

True. This is the bitter reality of life that we will all die one day, no matter an ordinary person or ruler of the country but we should continue doing welfare work as long as we live, for the people who are suffering from serious illness and natural disasters as queen used to do. The passing of of Queen Elizabeth is a moment of sadness for all of us. My deepest condolences for family and people of U.K.

Even when you expect the eventual death of someone in old age, it still comes across as somewhat of a shock. When news broke that the family was gathering for a "health concern," I knew it was just a matter of time before the media would be informed of her passing.

Liz Truss on the Queen's passing: https://twitter.com/trussliz/status/1567948139658608646

Fun fact - Winston Churchill was incumbent when the Elizabeth II became Queen as she then went on to have a 70 year tenure.

I heard the news this evening. I saw the queen yesterday in a TV shaking hands with the Prime Minister of Britain and only for me to hear that she has kicked the bucket this morning in hospital by cancer. Dead is inevitable. My sympathy and empathy to our Colonial masters from onset. we are sorry for the great lost. take heart. But she died a noble dead because the age of the woman, it is a good age. Once again, sorry to to all Britainians in the forum. One love.

As a human being, I liked the Queen, peace be upon her.

And as a Russian, I am glad that the sun has set on the British Empire, because Britain is in the top 3 most Russophobic countries in the world and not in last place. Hoping for internal squabbling between the lobby of William and Charles, weakening ties between Britain, Canada and Australia, and the British taking a big spoonful of shit with the new prime minister. You deserve it, I don't feel sorry for you.

Yes London Bridge is down.

And also trending on the Twitter. And people are just talking about that.

This is big gap in British Royal Family and also for the whole London will never fill.

Our sincere condolences to the family and British people

I can't say I'm a huge fan of the Queen, the UK, their government, or the royal family... but, I recognize the Queen was loved by many and lived a long influential life that left her known by a great number of people.  I think that's to be respected.  She made an impact and there are no doubt many tears being shed today as this news propagates.  Today is indeed a sad day but 96 years is a hell of a long time to be alive.  The changes she's seen...  I hope there are many life celebrations in her name in the coming weeks as people pay their respects.
