Haven gone through some of the policies and procedures of the forum even as a newbie I'll suggest you just get your focus off from haste ranking up and focus on good threads and comments that is quality driven and educative to someone for that's how I see merits and ranking flow from based on many things I have read here.

Plagiarism is still a common problem that is often done by beginners. Many beginners join this forum without reading the rules first and create posts or threads that only copy and paste from articles found on google, without including the main source.
This kind of thing is a violation of what this forum is about. moderators and other members of course need to give a warning to posting plagiarism like that.
Beginners who only do plagiarism continuously will not progress and will only stop at that point, will not reach anything higher.

The best I can tell you is to make an estimation of how many posts you can make per day and the number of threads a week. Put the numbers in smaller ranges such that when you remember your obligation, you won't get tired of doing it. Consistency is key, 3 good posts a day is better than zero posts a day and far better than 10 shitty posts a day. The ball is in your court.

Once a man, twice a child!
Besides all the suggestions that you've been given, add the issue of plagiarism to them. Don't be blinded to that in your haste to rank up. It can come back to hurt you. If you use someone's article or writeup no matter how distant and remote you may think you copied it from, make sure to put a source link to it. The internet has a way of catching up on stuff like that with time. There are also users here who can detect such. Avoid plagiarism. In addition, read up sticky posts of every board to acquit yourself further with rules and regulations of this forum.

Achieving a high rank on bitcointalk is not an easy task. You have to take the time to earn it. If you do not know how to do so, have a look at these bitcointalk threads to get you started.

Unofficial list of (official) Bitcointalk.org rules, guidelines, FAQ
The first step could be this one.

Read it carefully and familiarize the Bitcoinatalk rules and guidelines so that you'll know and didn't violate the rules.
Copy-pasting to any outside articles and posting them here in the forum is a mortal sin, there's no second chance if you'll offend this rule.  So, it's better to read the rules first if you want to start and the key to rank up.

Since you're a newbie, I advise you to spend at least 2 weeks or a month reading the important threads on this forum, it's a pinned topic or called sticky threads in every section that you visit, and that's is a very important reminder that you should know.

Good luck and see you around OP.

The first help I can render to you is to is to understand that there is a always room to grow and you should always take the process easy and steady, for many reasons Newbies and Jnr members are very obsessed in getting tk higher rank even faster than their activities can carry them, as an ex newbie I would suggest you enjoy that position why you in it because it won’t come again and when passed a whole lot is expected from you, regardless of how you got to the higher rank so I would suggest you learn all you can while you are in the Newbie stage.

Dear Friends, I have joined the forum, and I, am new here, I want to learn a lot from this forum and I want to become a good member of Bitcointalk, can you tell me some good suggestions on how I can become a newbie to the high-rank member so that I can serve my time as per suggestions to become a high-rank member.
Dear Newcomer, congratulations on your joining to bitcointalk and welcome.
Nothing prevents you from gaining new knowledge on this forum, so get started. Everyone can become a good member if they are willing to share their knowledge and experience (gained outside of this platform) with the rest of bitcointalk forum members and become useful to the community.

It will take time to get to a high rank anyway (due to the need to accumulate activity and merit), so I can suggest being patient and not chasing your goals headlong. Being patient is the key to success.

You have already been given a link to get acquainted with the requirements for increasing the rank. Study it.

Check the following table for exact requirements for specific ranks:

In addition to activity, everyone now has a merit score, and you need both a certain activity level and a certain merit score in order to reach higher member ranks. The required scores are:

RankRequired activityRequired merit

This is basically how it works:
Over time, as you participate in the forum discussions, you gain activity points on your profile. Other forum members may reward you with merit points if your comments and replies are of good quality and/or valuable to them. These merit points are also recorded in your profile. Activity and merit points together comprise the basis of forum ranks.

Check the following table for exact requirements for specific ranks:

In addition to activity, everyone now has a merit score, and you need both a certain activity level and a certain merit score in order to reach higher member ranks. The required scores are:

Want top-notch marketing for your project, Hire me
I believe everything you need is good knowledge about cryptocurrency and blockchain after that you have to understand the forum principles and regulations.
Once you have all the things I mention above, what you need is to interact with the other forum user and try to solve other issues. By doing this you'll get the attention of some merit sources.

Your title is even confusing. It took me almost 30 seconds to be able to assimilate what you are trying to say. But however, there are rules and regulations that guide this forum, and one of them is this 👇👇
Newbies - Read before posting
And,
Qualities of a good bitcointalker
And per the statement you just said "Save your time", what do you actually mean by that? Because on bitcointalk here, there is no short cut to becoming a high rank member. The growth usually comes with time. So just be patient bro and add value to the forum and growth will come.

In order to reach a higher rank on this forum you have to get merits and in order to get merits you have to make some effort  to write quality posts that other members will appreciate and reward with merits.
This would be the shortest and simplest explanation for you  Grin
I advise you not to bother too much with the rank on the forum, but to try to be constructive and contribute to this forum with your knowledge and experience. Everything else will come naturally.
Of course, there may be some other reasons for this question, but it all depends on you and your contribution  Cheesy

Be someone that is responsible here. Do your due diligence first as a newbie on how to be an active member without breaking any rules. Merits will follow if you did do interesting contributions. But beforr that pay attention to the beginners rules posted above.

If you have knowledge on crypto, might share it and some might be dropping merits to you if your post is quite interesting.

The how, when, and even if, is going to depend on many factors (your capabilities, areas of (crypto related) interests, available time, interaction, and so on), and I’m sure you’ll get a bunch of posts here with helpful pointers. I’d simply emphasize the need to read a fair deal on the topics you are most interested in, which leads you to be in a better position to elaborated content. Rank should become a by-product of the time you spend on the forum reading and participating, and not a primary objective though.
