it's called arbitrage, the second thing,  the first thing it's manipulation related, or just supply and demand

what is the best way to analyse the market price and how btc-e made average ; high and low ?

https://bitcoinwisdom.com/ is very useful if you want to keep track and analyze the market prices of different markets. You can see the price, volumes and live order book at the same time.

Altcoin Hitler? lol. I seem to remember there being an Altcoin Himmler here somewhere  Grin.

Why the bitcoin price change every second and Sites like Btc-e and bitstamp and other haven't the same price ??

Why are the same apples different at every shop and market? People pay more or less at different places for varying reasons.

Price of bitcoin is what the people like U & me are offering. So, as u & me are offering different prices at different marketplaces, the price that is coming out of those exchanges are different.

different price on different exchange because different framework. If fiat is hard to get in it's a little cheaper on the exchange for example btc-e. If fiat is hard to get out price will be higher (example mtGox)

The price on each exchange is determined by its order book, and so it is normal to have a different price on different exchange.
The prices won't differ too much though, as people would try to engage in arbitrage if an opportunity appears.

Bitcoin price based on buy and sell ??

It's all about demand and supply. If people are trading with btc, then the demand will be higher as so will be the price, there are also some other factors but I can't get into that now.

Thank you ^_^

Yeah, that's the right answer. Supply and demand are controlling almost every market (and the price).

Market demand and supply changes every second, so bitcoin's price also changes.

Since the supply and demand in each exchange is different, the prices also differ. However, if the magnitude of price difference is high, arbitragers might buy at one exchange and sell at another. This results in the price more or less being equal at exchanges.

Apart from the above reasons, don't forget the exchanges are offering a slightly different service to their customers.
Some exchanges are more trusted, some provide better support service, some offers more ways for you to deposit and withdrawal, some has a lower trading fee, etc.

They are locating different place. There are big gap in the volume of bidding and asking orders between them. So the one of the biggest factors impacting bitcoin price is diffetent demand and supply level.

Those site are exchanges where people buy and sell bitcoin. Each exchange is owned separately, mostly in different countries,   and reflects their price based on the last price at which bitcoin was bought or sold thru their exchange.

https://bitcoinwisdom.com/markets

is a nice place to see all current exchange prices and volume.
