Sorry but I didn't bothered to check that website. Its unfamiliar to me and if that's an exchange why would they choose a ".club" instead of .com. If pu want to buy ETH there are other reputable and trusted ones or you can do a peer to peer trading. It looks like scam site. No proper structure of site and poor at the site infomartion.... 
Use blockchain, 100% sure is not a scam and doens't have big fees. Otherwise use an exchange, you will be able to purchase other coins if you want without having to transfer them.

I didn't see this site before. There is so many Recognized site to buy ethereum. I use cryptopia,hitbtc,youbit. Those are good site. So use legit site to avoid scam.

Never heard of that site. Better for you to use trusted exchanges like poloniex.com and bittrex.com but i heard they are not accepting new users. Maybe c-cex.com might help too
