So what's next for the project plans? You spend IEO on the stock exchange attracting funds and as I understand it, you want a listing later on the same stock exchange and as a result your token will immediately fall in price and that's it.
Hell no. The sell on this exchange is public since 2015 😅
It's not a news at all. The problem is that IEO terminology is new.

You can google and research yourself
You're smart guy! How couldn't we imagined that Google would had saved us from a so hard question 😅

Jokes apart it's not an answer that Googling could solve as it appears 😂

Working with an exchange is very important in our opinion. Even in our case we are working together with the German Leondrino Exchange. (https://leondrino.com)
The whole token sale is done on that Exchange which also means you have to go through a KYC process.

We definitely want to see our project live at real customers. Therefore we are working closely with five pilot partner restaurants.

Our project LEAF token (https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/annieoico-leaf-token-the-branded-currency-for-the-hospitality-industry-5121883) is based on the Leondrino Lifecycle. So first there is an ITO, then an ICO and later the ILO will come.

Check out the procedure: https://www.leondrino.com/knowledgebase/lifecycle/

We think it is one of the most advanced concepts in order to fundraise the project. It is very similar to the IEO approach.

I would be happy to receive your feedback!  Smiley
