It's more a little of both, I have a steady stream of guests, and they dont create an account if there is nothing to chat about, But later when it's popular, the opposite will be true.

#2 true, I have not spent much time writing up rules, I did not want to put people off, I beleive in freedom of speach and did not want it to look like a policed forum lol, I will be adding some rules as they pop up.
