@Quickex Exchange you are very lucky you have no negative tag and trust flag from me or any other DT Member. Instead of making things right, you are only making them worse wilt more in inaccurate information and no proper clarifications.

I do not find your exchanger trustworthy, and with time I may put out a warning for other users too. This is no way of conducting business.

We're not refusing to provide information about our company, we just need time to prepare it. Moreover, despite we're registered here since 2018, our marketing team has a lot of newcomers who haven't been familiar with this forum before. We're striving to get good reputation here, it is now an important part of our marketing campaign. If there is anything we can provide to make things better - just tell us!

The Bestchange link in OP contains a lot of scam accusations across many review pages indicating Quickex have confiscated money from users without returning them, which means they have scammed some of their users.

Quickex have also failed to provide any proof of them having a registered company in Seychelles up to this date. The company they expose on their website named Angel Ventures Limited with a registration number 238203 does not exist in Seychelles. There is my reply in their thread asking them to provide any proof of existence of their company, which they have failed to do: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5503896.60

An exchanger that lies about existence of its company is not only performing a prosecutable criminal act, but also should be considered scam/fraud, given they "confiscate" (or simply steal) money from its users without having any legal right for doing so. Any existent AML/KYC regulations do not apply to anonymous entities like this exchanger, because without a properly implemented company they can't really comply with any AML/KYC regulations (a proof of this can be found here https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/--5509747).

Thank you for devoting a lot of time to studying our service Grin First of all, we have settled all disputes on BestChange, we never scammed or tried to scam our users, we just don't need it because we value our clients and our reputation. Some controversial situations have indeed occurred, and we take each of them very seriously. We'll provide the documents you ask about in our main topic, stay tuned!

It’s not difficult to actually note that exchange haven’t been any active on the forum, given how long it has been and there number of engagements. However, coming back to bump a thread after 3years, it’s that really what it is or y’all just exaggerating as, I just scanned through the post history of the account and they’ve tried to not back out that long from 2024 - 2018. That’s the extent I checked.

What I find interesting though is, how are they not having proof of registration with Seychelles as xtests alleges, that would be unfair and would speak volume on the reputation they so well which to protect and project. They should give some answers on that.

As we said, our marketing team has recently been enlarged and forum activity is now one of our main priorities. We'll provide the documents soon, follow our main topic.

We mean that this topic does not contain any information that may help us understand what exactly happened and help the user. It may also be confusing for other users and damage our reputation.
This will not significantly affect your reputation, because everyone will read the whole discussion and see the lack of evidence. The fact that you appeared here only after 5+ years will have a more negative impact.

no offence but this is extremely funny. how are you going to say that you are committed to addressing issues effectively when you only reply to this thread every three years 😂.
It makes me chuckle RT. I’m assuming that this exchange is assigning different personnel to deal with all scam accusations against their exchange on the web.

To be fair, they leave their email address of their support assuming that user will contact them on that channel for fast communication. What I don’t understand is the need to bump this thread every 3 years.  Cheesy

You are right, it may look a bit comical that we decided to answer in this topic again after all these years Grin You are also right when you are saying about new personnel. Our marketing team has recently been enlarged and we plan to check all mentions of our service on forums and address all claims fast. This topic may confuse some users that are not familiar with Quickex, so we decided to leave a message here to show that we care about our reputation and that we are open to dialogue with anyone who may have issues with our service.

I suggest you use one of the mention notification methods, so you will always be informed in time if there is any discussion about you, outside the part of the forum that you regularly visit.
- Telegram notification bot -> [TELEGRAM] Yet Another BitcoinTalk Notification BOT (merits, mentions, topics,+)
- LoyceV notification bot -> LoyceV's notification bot (7 days retroactive)

We'll use that, thank you!

"violation of the Scam Report Format" does not mean that fraud did not happen. People often register on the forum when a problem has already occurred and are looking for help, many of them do not know about the Scam Report Format. This is not a rule of the forum but is intended to facilitate further mediation and recognition of the truth of the scam accusation.

We mean that this topic does not contain any information that may help us understand what exactly happened and help the user. It may also be confusing for other users and damage our reputation.

Dear forum users!

We understand that concerns and questions arise, and we are committed to addressing them effectively.
no offence but this is extremely funny. how are you going to say that you are committed to addressing issues effectively when you only reply to this thread every three years 😂. anyway, the OP never provided any evidence or properly addressed what exactly the issue he/she has with your platform, it would have been better if evidence was provided instead of just saying "quickex.io is SCAM".

Hello Everyone!

We are here to inform you that we've always ready to discuss any questions you have and resolve all emerging issues.
Three years later, you come to respond to a scam accusation?

So much for your support that is "Ready to discuss any questions and resolve all emerging issues"

I am glad bestchange disabled your site from their platform. You are unprofessional and if OP had provided enough details. I would personally leave a negative feedback on your profile.

OP if you are serious about getting their profile tagged here and a flagged getting made against them, i think it's wise to make a full scam report following the right report format as suggested and remember to include proof of payment/transaction. Community members will help you tag them.

Looks like someone else got scammed too
They say they don't do KYC but then after accepting my 2.6 BTC deposit, they decided to keep it and claim it is because they need to do KYC. There website says they don't do KYC and the comment above says it. Even if they did, they could simply not do business with me and refund my money. Instead as you can see in the review here from alex brian here they are choosing to keep it: https://www.bestchange.com/quickex-exchanger.html.

Quickex, please refund my BTC, exchange: afba_1fedefbd-42d4-4eb1-9de1-92acf9a25199. I will happily update this once you return the funds. Until then, I recommend everyone stay away.

This is an extract from their website
