I also expect if lower activity to send first. Or escrow but I am not sending first at all. Tell the true story admit here how u are a scammer leaving me false negative.

Paypal is not a good way to purchase BTC unless there is a lot of Trust between buyer and seller. The reasons are obvious.

The guy gave me red rep for no reason becaues I was trying to buy BTC with Paypal.
I also offered Western Union or Debit card.
Of course all of these were bad methods because he said so and then he left me red reputation and then another but buddy of his did the same. Beware of this guy he tries to force people into using his escrow service. Hope people realize this!
