So you better put the amount of cash you used to gamble away, and keep it there safe and don't touch it. After months, you'll be surprised at how much you got in your safe. Gambling is easy, but winning isn't working the same way.

It's so easy to type all those words with that smiley, right? Well, guess what. How easy you did that is how hard it actually is to quit an addiction. "Quit gambling and do it already"? If that's how easy it is then there shouldn't be people out there that are studying about psychology on how to advice people that has gambling addictions or any type of addiction.

Trust me, cutting the source of money wouldn't help at all. You can always borrow from another friend and pretend that it's an urgent thing that you need money for. It's easy to lie and manipulate people when the urges comes in and all you can do is fulfill it.

if you think you are a gambling addict and you are losing a lot of money then cut the money source and then you are good to go. you can invest your money in something or give it to someone you trust to keep it out of your reach for example.

It will be hard to quit on gambling if the people already lost much money on gambling and they become addictive into gambling. It will be more harder to quit on gambling.

Very glad to hear for those gamblers who able to overcome their addiction on playing gambling but i would like to recommend that you should not play again gambling hence the possibility of being get addicted again is high. If you resist then its up to you as long you are aware.

That is right. When you successfully overcome gambling addiction, it is better to stay away from it completely or else you will be triggered and you will go back to the addiction again which is really not good - that is basically the reason why you go away from gambling in the first place. Never play with fire.

No one will be able to help you to quit gambling until you are having your own resolution against gambling by having more self belief and self control. Because, without having any self control, a gambler might go for gambling again and again due to its addiction. Yeah that's what i think no one can help but you yourself, if you really want to quit just control yourself from spending money on gambling. i lost a lot of coins before i quit my gambling addiction.

when you are addicted to gambling then the only way to stop is to start losing money and start realizing that you have made some poor choices and for some of these gambling addicts the only way to quit is to hit rock bottom and rock bottom in gambling is the big amount of money they lose.

it is depend on the severity of your addiction, if it is still a normal addiction then you can just lock yourself in the room, cut off your internet connection and do not use your laptop and then stay away from casino, but if it is already a serious case then go to rehabilitation center to cure it, but to stop addiction, it need come from yourself

I agree with you. It is not easy to remove gabling out of your brain, just like people who is addicted to drug. However, i think when people grow up, they will have many other things to concern about, such as family, work, careers and it will affect a lot to your mind, it may change your opinion about gambling. You are right. It is the state of mind. If you are addicted to gambling then want to stop it is not something easy because first why you stop? any big reason? if the reason is you cant control? yeah that one but it is difficult but think if you want to stop because of bigger problems like how would you take care the necessities of your family?
