Ali is full of knock offs. You can get knock off asic miners for cheap on there too, but who knows if they produce any suitable hash. AliExpress, does however have a money back if item not as claimed policy for some merchants, that being one of them.

These cards are not repeate NOT 280X, they are cheap GPUs with modified BIOS in order to show certain stats in windows. It can be easily proved by re-flashing the bios or just run CGminer on them and you will see exactly what they are capable of if even get recognized by the system.

I've ordered parts from aliexpress before like an iPod 30gb motherboard, but damn not recently.

Has anyone noticed the ridiculously low prices on phones too?  Supposedly 1:1 copies of Samsung SIV's (quad, 2g ram, 13 mp camera, 1920x1080 screen) WITH LOGOs all over them, for $150.  Galaxy Note 3's for the same.

If that is true then fuck mining.  I'm about to order one for myself.

tygarbyte, did that happen to you?  What did you order?

no - didn't happen to me, i bought stuff from aliexpress - but nothing of high value, and not from sellers that have no ratings - and shipping takes ages unless you pay for ems.

Looks like someone bought 12 of those at once http://www.aliexpress.com/item/video-graphics-card-best-price-graphics-cheap-video-card-2014-wholesale-high-quality-new-coming-MSI/1705713686.html

It says first purchase was 8 days ago, but still no feedback. They probably just don't send anything.

The only way I can see this being real is if these cards are from someone that jacked a trailer or a shipping container full of them and is trying to unload them fast.

if you buy with your credit card, you can do a charge back if they do not ship.

It's not a question of shipping, but a question of whether the product is real and not some fakes made in those dodgy factories next to fake Nike products, fake golf products.
